I'd like to thank the whole team at Mansells for their hard work over the last several months. They have been extremely busy with the current market and really appreciate their continued professional and friendly approach dealing with the sale of my property. The team maintained regular contact at what I would say was just the right level, keeping me updated and helping to push things along where necessary. They were also happy to answer my questions and explain things for me when I was unsure. I have no hesitation in recommending Mansells to anyone looking to sell their property - they will be in safe hands!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

All of the team at Mansell McTaggart were fantastic. From the initial meeting we had, we felt comfortable, at ease and trusted in their ability to sell our property. They were extremely quick to get our property to market, photos taken promptly, advertised on Rightmove immediately, board up and sold within a month! Communication was a key factor, with Guy even calling outside of Normal working hours. We would absolutely sell with them again and would also (and have been) highly recommending them to friends and family.

Cannot complain about the service from start to finish, the photographer Mansell's used was extremely competent and took some great shots, the sale brochure was very well presented. Our house was sold quickly and thankfully the property we purchased was also up with Mansell's, and the process went very smoothly. We also used their recommended solicitors, who were a pleasure to work with.

Excellent all round, knowledgeable, passionate about the housing market and very approachable across the company. Offered non biased views on properties as well as offering their views on where certain properties could be developed. 5 star!

We had a good visit. The property was close to what we're looking for, so it was purposeful. The agent met us and introduced himself to us politely. He gave us a thorough and informative tour of the house, allowing us to view the room, think and ask questions when necessary. Thanks. Rob

The client management team (in particular, Jacob Rafferty) are really nice to work with. Very responsive, resilient, communicative and overall great at keeping you informed - which we’ve found to be one of the more valuable parts of managing our house purchase.

A big thank you to all the team at Mansell McTaggart for the continued support and care during our rather protracted move experience. We were impressed with their organisation and procedures but most of all we appreciated the constant communication with us - keeping us informed every step of the way and helping with the communication with our onward chain. Would definitely recommend for a positive selling experience. Thanks guys!

MM were not the cheapest quote we had for selling our house, but there was something about them that spoke ‘value for money’. They secured us a buyer within 3 days and at an agreed price in excess of what we expected. Our moving process has not been easy due to difficulties up the chain, but the team really worked hard to get answers, keep us updated and regularly offered us advice. We’d certainly recommend them.PositiveProfessionalism

We recently sold our property using Mansell McTaggart and thought they were excellent. Quite a small team compared with some of the bigger agents we spoke to, but the Mansell team were able to deliver an efficient, professional and a personal service. I found them to be straight talking, very focused and to the point, exactly what you want when trying to find a serious buyer. Most importantly they always did what they said they were going to do, it can’t be underestimated just how important reliability is when you’re trying to juggle a busy life ! Thanks guys.

Mansell use a totally personal approach in their sale of a property! Every single agent came to our house to meet us and the sale went through so easily. All the agents went out of their way to chase enquiries and take care of our family during our move. I have used various agents in Horsham and these guys trump the lot ! Would highly recommend this agent!
