My experience with this agency has been nothing short of terrible. Every person who showed me properties looked like they would rather be anywhere else. No interest, no motivation, and often giving incorrect information. The level of incompetence was obvious from the very first visit.

I had a very poor experience with Henry Adams during the end of my tenancy.

GoogleI am thrilled i chose Sarah Harvey from Henry Adams. We invited all of the Horsham agents to value our property and discuss their proposition, but Sarah was the most personable and knowledgeable of those we saw. It was an easy decision to make, and one that more than worked to our advantage. Not only did we enjoy a smooth sale process, she also negotiated a better price than we had hoped for. Sarah is an asset to have on your side if you want to sell your house, and i cannot recommend her highly enough.

Middleton on Sea Henry Adams team changed my view of estate agents! From the outset they were efficient and kind. Through to the post sale they never stopped being supportive. I say team, because all of them were on the sale. Not once did I ring up and get passed off because the main contact was unavailable. They all took interest and worked together from start to finish. Even post completion they continued to help! A great an positive experience...and a quick sale!

GoogleExtremely poor service we used them as our agent and entrusted them to have repairs etc done within good time and to a high standard. Their local handy man has done an absolutely awful job this is only seen now down the line ,not really sure what we've been paying for I suppose buy cheap by twice !. Some staff leave a lot to be desired

Really disappointing experience with Henry Adam trying to sell our property. On three occasions, we've not heard back, despite direct emails and follow up emails. Told it due to a system error. Needless to say we wouldn't recommend this agent for a consistent communication, which is critical if selling your property.

Truely appalling before, during and after our sale process concluded. We are currently pursuing a legal remedy against Henry Adams, Horsham as they were in breach of their fiduciary duties to us as their client. Additionally, they did not inform us when the sale fell through, but instead felt it was appropriate to tell other parties without telling us. Both our solicitor and two other Agents in the chain said they felt that this branch of Henry Adams were disingenuous throughout, and had only hindered the process, possibly strongly influencing the buyers ultimate decision to withdraw. Avoid.

What a brilliant letting agency, easily the best i have interacted with. Alex from the Storrington branch couldn't have been more of a help. Out of all of the agencies we spoke to, and all the agents we dealt with Alex was stand out wonderful. This could have been a very stressful time for us as we have a slightly unique financial situation but he made us feel so optimistic, and helped at every opportunity. He was an absolute delight to speak to and I honestly don't think there is anything he could have done to make this a smoother process, completely stand out service. Thank you so much for your kind and helpful correspondence and overall cheerful manner throughout, sending us properties and keeping us in mind. We are over the moon with the property we have finalised on. I have no doubt Alex will go far within the company and deserves all the best.
