GoogleI cannot thank Carl and the the team at Horsham branch enough! There are not enough words or space 😃 Thanks to their diligence, perseverance and professionalism and after a year of wrangling, they sold my house. They all kept me informed throughout the process and although the sales kept falling through they continued to show positivity and enthusiasm and we got the sale across the line. Thank you all for everything. An amazing job and I cannot recommend you highly enough!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

GoogleTold property was available to view but had a nightmare trying to schedule an appointment. Rebecca is particularly pushy about getting you to use the C&W mortgage broker. When I didn’t agree to this, the property mysteriously became ‘unavailable’ but was still ‘for sale’ on their website. All the one star reviews can’t be wrong.......

We apologise that your viewing had to be re-scheduled, which was due to issues gaining access to the property at the requested time. Whilst Rebecca recommended seeing their Mortgage Advisor with the aim of helping you to find the best possible deal, it was entirely your prerogative to either accept or decline this offer. The records indicate that you accepted this invitation and an appointment was scheduled. However shortly afterwards, you contacted the branch to advise that you had secured an alternative property and would no longer require either appointment so they were duly cancelled. Pushed the other side of the transaction to their 'recommended' law firm and as a result a transaction between an empty property and sole first time buyer took 115 days. Didn't even bother to update me throughout the entire period unless i chased them.

Gave the things I was looking and came back with a couple hours with all the places I could afford, and what best matched what I was looking for.
