GoogleI chose AtHome because of their impressive performance at the time for time from instruction to completion. Unfortunately for a variety of reasons the actual time taken in my case was extended well beyond what I had hoped for. However, throughout that extended time the team were always positive and communicated regularly to keep me informed. Any questions I had were always answered promptly and in full. I would be happy to recommend the sales team at AtHome Horsham.

FacebookA polished professional service was provided by Paul and Alice in order to sell our home in Southwater. The marketing of the property was first rate, we feel the virtual tour is does indeed improve the realism of the perception of the house and therefore viewers are more relistic on size (ours was a mid terrace starter home), as so much can be done with wide angle photo lenses. Photographer excellent. We were on the market twelve days before an open day. From that open day we received a formal offer a couple of working days later. The offer was at the base of our range and with the market mired in the brexit malaise we decided to accept. We ended up with other parts of the chain being problematic, but @Home kept us informed and worked diligently behind the scenes throughout toward completion. After completion Paul made a personal visit to us with some 'just moved' essentials which was a nice touch. In summary we found Paul to be funadmentally a decent bloke who delivered on what he said he would do, thus we learnt his word was trustworthy, a valuable commodity in this sector. Our gratitude goes also to Alice Peach who managed the first parts of the process. It is not easy for agents in Southwater with one ingrained big name incumbent. It seems to me @Home have forged number 2 spot through a polished client service proposition and solid numbers, which is borne of hard work and looking after their clients well. We wish you well for the future @home .

GoogleThe best Estate Agent I have ever dealt with. I had a tricky property sale with 4 potential buyers pulling out, none of which was due to the agent, but the team worked hard to find a new buyer and were always proactive and I felt I could reply on them to the right things at the right time. They always communicated with me and exceeded my expectation as an estate agent. They have a huge digital marketing focus which really helped to drive interest in my property. GoogleWe used the Lettings and Sales services and both the teams have been exceptional. We have used the services since 2019, the communication is 100%, never needed to chase and informative, going the extra mile to help buyer/seller. The Lettings service was “Fully Managed”, never a worry and when tenant had needs, local contacts were managed to overcome any issues, with speed, cost effectiveness and plenty of communication. This team should be the benchmark that other agents are measured against.

GoogleNot one for writing reviews but At Home Estate's are exceptional and are deserved of the effort it takes to write one. The entire team are exceptional and I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone. Alex has a fantastic character and is realistic, knowledgeable and professional - there's no hidden agenda beyond providing a fantastic service. I've spoken to Jake perhaps more times than I have my family in recent months with various queries and questions that arise throughout the transaction; he has not once failed to answer the phone or respond to a query, and does so each time with enthusiasm and professionalism; he is outstanding at what he does and is an asset to the company. In short, if you're reading this and looking for an agent, do yourself a favour and call Alex or Jake, you will not be disappointed.

GoogleThese estate agents actually care. We were having so many problems with our onwards purchase. Alex ALWAYS went above and beyond to try and help us. Sold our house fast and got 22 viewings through the door over 2 days! Always listened to what was important to us and made it easy for our family. GoogleWe originally had At Home Estates over to value our home after our parents recommended them, having just sold their home in Southwater. We went with another Southwater agent as they promised to sell for a better price. Unfortunately we were tied into a lengthy contract and the selling price that we had been quoted hadn’t been realistic. So at the end of our 20 week contract, with no offers and hardly any viewings, we got back in touch with At Home Estate Agents. They sold our home for the price they promised, in a good timeframe and managed the after sales process well, which alleviated the stress from us. Facebook'At Home', and especially Alice, made our home sale journey incredibly smooth and successful. We had to sell a home which we had just purchased, due to an international relocation! The marketing was spot on and they found us a buyer quite quickly. FacebookThe service I received from Paul and the team at At Home Estates was fantastic, a far better experience than previous other high street agents I have used. Paul went the extra mile in the service he delivered, from the marketing of the property, to the vetting of prospective buyers, to the handling of negotiations and the after sale process, which wasn't without it's challenges! If I have the occasion to sell a property again I would definitely use At Home Estates and can't recommend them highly enough.
