Definitely recommend At Home. We sold our house with them as want to use more local companies. They sold our house with only 1 viewer!Alex was brilliant and knew exactly what we were looking for. He managed to secure us a viewing and get our offer in before the property was even marketed! The whole team were fantastic and what should have probably been quite stressful, was done and dusted within 12 weeks. Contact from the whole team was seamless and amazing!

Not sure where to even start !! After both buying and selling with Paul and his team I can’t praise them enough. Day or night and 7 days if required the team were available. They went way beyond what I expect any other agent would do. No ‘silly’ question was ever to much hassle. They kept the buyer of ours and sellers of our new home on track to ensure we closed on the day planned. They followed everything from surveys to solicitors and ensured everything went smoothly. So it seems that not all estate agents are the same! We bought and sold during the Covid pandemic and felt reassured that @Home were following all health and safety precautions. They definitely provide that personal touch and communicate proactively as well as being prompt in answering any queries. Being part of a relatively long chain had its issues but Paul and the team were amazing in reassuring us and letting us know where we were in the process. Would not hesitate to recommend @Home to anyone thinking of selling their home!

A polished professional service was provided by Paul and Alice in order to sell our home in Southwater. The marketing of the property was first rate, we feel the virtual tour is does indeed improve the realism of the perception of the house and therefore viewers are more relistic on size (ours was a mid terrace starter home), as so much can be done with wide angle photo lenses. Photographer excellent. We were on the market twelve days before an open day. From that open day we received a formal offer a couple of working days later. The offer was at the base of our range and with the market mired in the brexit malaise we decided to accept. We ended up with other parts of the chain being problematic, but @Home kept us informed and worked diligently behind the scenes throughout toward completion. After completion Paul made a personal visit to us with some 'just moved' essentials which was a nice touch. In summary we found Paul to be funadmentally a decent bloke who delivered on what he said he would do, thus we learnt his word was trustworthy, a valuable commodity in this sector. Our gratitude goes also to Alice Peach who managed the first parts of the process. It is not easy for agents in Southwater with one ingrained big name incumbent. It seems to me @Home have forged number 2 spot through a polished client service proposition and solid numbers, which is borne of hard work and looking after their clients well. We have recently moved into our first home and have been generally really impressed with the service from At Home. We really liked the virtual tour available online, on which you can do measurements, a very helpful feature! Paul was always quick to reply to all of our queries (of which, as first time buyers, there were lots!) often beyond office hours too, which made the whole process a lot easier to juggle with work. In a very long and frustrating chain, Paul’s help was particularly helpful in getting things moving from the other side and keeping us updated frequently.

We could not recommend At Home Estate Agency more! Paul and his team were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish of the house purchase. Paul also helped us out so much with arranging our mortgage through his other company (About Mortgages) and life insurance, which really made things easy for us to have somebody take care of everything. It was certainly a challenge to purchase a property during COVID19 but Paul handled it wonderfully, with timely responses, always called back if he missed a call, and always tried to assist where he could. No question was silly and he always did his best to guide us through the purchase (despite the million questions we threw at him). We experienced some issues with our solicitors, and Paul was just brilliant in helping us through the issues. I really couldn't recommend Paul at About Mortgages enough. In November 2018 we were first time buyers and really didn't have a clue with what we were doing, Paul was so helpful with not only the mortgage side but also what to expect and help with making an offer. Paul was honest, helpful, considerate and always available even at odds time to reassure me. He worked with us to secure us the best deal for our circumstances. His valuation was spot on and in turn we have received a good number of viewing invite. We commissioned Paul following a disappointing selling experience with a large branch chain and we were immediately impressed with the bespoke service we received from him. Paul was, and continues to be, incredibly responsive, he listened to our concerns and was flexible and creative in his approach to selling and marketing our house. Within two weeks of the house going on the market with @HomeEstates, he had achieved a higher sales price than our first sale (with our previous agent) with a minimum impact on us and our family. Through no fault of Pauls this sale also fell through but Paul’s experience, knowledge of the financial sector and determination to find a solution for us meant that he gave us some excellent support and advice which meant not only could we buy a property in the area we had moved to but that we could retain the house in Horsham by renting it out. We have been continually reassured by Pauls approach to his work, his professionalism and knowledge. He has gone the extra mile for us and has always responded to our calls and emails with commitment and enthusiasm. We would not hesitate to recommend Paul if someone was thinking of selling their house. We were initially hesitant at using a small estate agency however this has proven to be a major asset. Just sold our house through At Home Estate Agents. George and Alex were fantastic. A great estate agent in Horsham (we have tried others). The photographer was amazing and the live walk around the house which was included for free really helped us find buyers that were actually interested. Once they sold our house George made sure he communicated with our buyer at all times while we found and purchased another property, even though we pulled out of one property due to survey we quickly found another and George was able to keep our buyer and we have successfully purchased our dream home.
