From start to finish, everything went smoothly, she was organised, calm, and always one step ahead. Moving can be stressful, but Sarah made it feel effortless. I used at home to sell my property, which they did within two weeks of it going on the market! I found them professional and friendly at all times. The advert and photos and information was all to the highest dtandard. Always responded to any questions or queries promptly. Special mention to Alex who I dealt with personally his knowledge is invaluable and excellent customer service you really feel nothings too much trouble and very calming to deal with in a stressful time of moving. Thanks to Jake, George and the team at AtHome for selling our home seamlessly. They were agile to meet our needs, and although we wanted a quick sale we still achieved full expected sales price (despite other agents advising that couldn't happen). We chose them based on the fact we'd bought through them previously and the community feel they have - which others can't match - and we're pleased we did. No issue was too small, and their partnership with AboutMortgages works really well (who we'd also recommend!)

AtHome were the letting agency for our last rental and we had a great experience through the 2.5 years. They were responsive to any issues, friendly and helped us out when we were moving into our new place by speaking to the landlord on our behalf. Thank you to George and all at @HOME for seeing through a somewhat difficult sale. What initially started out as a straight forward flat sale, ended up a lengthy, bumpy ride. There were several moments where I was going to pull the sale, due to unreasonable requests from the buyers solicitors, but George along with Jake, Alex, Nicky and Faye helped smooth things out and get the sale over the line. I have been dealing with @home for many years and have had nothing but professionalism and excellent people skills from all. The best agents around, by a country mile! I used At Home to sell my flat in Horsham. I had shopped around a couple of different estate agents and found that Jake went above and beyond to explain the process, talk about how they will find the right buyer for my circumstances and not just the person who can offer the most, he was empathic and friendly and I felt I could trust him straight away. My flat sold within 3 weeks to a buyer who paid full asking price and was flexible on the move date, I was delighted. George was my main point of contact and he was always easy to get hold of and very professional and friendly. There were points where expectations on when things would happen were a little optimistic which I found frustrating but overall it was a fantastic experience! Now I just need them to open an office in Reigate so I can use them again in the future. Great estate agent, throughly recommend!

Alex and his team helped us by our home in Horsham, and I have to say, he was very knowledgeable about the area, helped us to negotiate, guided us on values and tradesman that could help us eventually do the work needed on our purchase! Alex was pretty much always available on the phone (even on his days off!) and was very quick to respond. He helped us chase the vendor and lawyers, and did everything he could to make the process as stress free as possible! We chose At Home to sell our parents’ house as we were impressed with their enthusiastic, honest and friendly approach from the start. My sister had used At Home when the business was first set up and Paul has done an amazing job of developing a great team. With the loss of our parents within the last year and the subsequent decision to sell their home of 66 years it has been an emotional rollercoaster. We worked closely with Nicky who totally understood our wish for the house to pass on to another family rather than a developer. The journey from February to September has been a challenge for us all but we are delighted with the outcome. At all times Paul, Nicky and the team worked efficiently to keep the wheels turning with our buyers and solicitors in a friendly and sympathetic manner. Not sure where to even start !! After both buying and selling with Paul and his team I can’t praise them enough. Day or night and 7 days if required the team were available. They went way beyond what I expect any other agent would do. No ‘silly’ question was ever to much hassle. Couldn't fault Paul and his team although to be fair our property was snapped after only 2 viewings by a couple who fell in love with it as much as we did, so in reality they did not have to work very hard. We went with At Home originally as we liked their approach, what we felt was a personal service and that we were not tied in for weeks on end. For us the fact that they were local was also a bonus and that they avoided the "hard sell" of the big regional and national estate agents. We have just sold our second property with At Home, and this this time we had the pleasure to purchase our new home through them too. We wouldn’t use any other Estate Agent. Both properties we have sold within 3-6 weeks and achieved the best market value. We received regular updates (no less than weekly but quite often more frequently). All of the team are easy to talk to and keen to help. We mainly dealt with Alex and Paul, and we don’t have any criticisms. We felt valued from start to finish, and when things got complicated (the joys of old houses!) they liaised with all parties to ensure a solution was found. We put our property on the market at the end of February and we were in our new home by the end of June. Couldn’t be happier, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend At Home, and we wouldn’t use any other Estate Agent. Thank you!
