GoogleStarted off OK, but then went down hill as soon as we completed on our house (delay in chain on onward due to covid) - Not overly impressed tbh.. Never seemed to be up to date with progress of the chain, My updates came via another Agent in the chain (no loyalty to us) who kept us fully informed on a twice weekly basis, explained the chain and where everyone was with things.. got things moving and even called me on exchange day to congratulate us !! Didnt get this from AtHome ! overall not a good experience.. any other service Id be requesting compensation/refund!!

Dear Lisa, I'm so sorry to hear your review and saddened to see this and learn that we didn't meet your expectations. When we spoke on Friday you said that our sales progression service, ASAP, had provided consistent communication going above and beyond so I was a little confused that the service that we had paid for to keep you up to date with progression had performed so well but then to read your thoughts and comments. We hadn't received contact to say you felt out of the loop and each time you touched base, whether this was to arrange a second viewing or measure up, we were straight onto it so I'm sorry if you feel unhappy, we're genuinely disappointed by that. If you had raised concerns we would addressed this right away and rectified the situation had we been aware. I know you had a tough time when other onward properties had collapsed in their sale to you, however we were successful in keeping your buyer onboard and went on to secure you a viewing of your new property before we had even taken it to market. We hope that completion day goes well for you and that you're looking forward to your new home.

FacebookAfter using a couple of other local agency’s and being left disappointed we used at home. I literally cannot recommend them enough, they are so incredibly professional, reassuring and friendly. They listened to us, pitched the sale price right and every viewing was a genuine potential buyer not just a viewing to keep things ticking over. From day one they didn’t try to ‘sales pitch’ for your custom, a simple chat involving the facts in front of you instead so there is no hard sell. This is Paul’s company and he is always on hand to guide,support and reassure you even on his days off. He puts so much into it which is evident in how you are treated as a customer, the whole team puts you at ease. Throughout the process we were kept updated constantly, and nearing exchange they helped so much through communicating between all parties. I have already recommended to a friend who has been equally as impressed as myself Thank you At Home, we will definitely use you again!

GoogleWe engaged with at home after trying unsuccessfully for several months to sell our flat using purple bricks. The flat was on the market for 6 months with 4 viewings prior to instructing at home. They then sold our property within 6 weeks enabling us to purchase the house we wanted and also covered our purple bricks fee. The fees charged were reasonable, they where professional and easy to deal with and had an open line of communication throughout a difficult process and would recommend them to anyone in the future.
