GoogleHighly recommend At Home Estates Agency. I recently purchased my house through them and they were a pleasure to work with, going the extra mile to help alleviate any stress and offering to help wherever they could and continually chasing up the chain to ensure we met the targeted completion date, always responding to emails quickly. What impressed me was the level of professionalism and friendliness - they were also the only agency when I viewed a house who came prepared with cover slips for our shoes so we didn't get the carpets dirty or have to take off shoes - the little things really do matter and make At Homes stand out.

GoogleFantastic service from first phone call to completion. I had thought about going with an online agent but many had negative reviews about dealing with offers and customer service generally. At Home had great reviews and were considerably cheaper than many others - and I haven’t been disappointed, very professional, good advice and guidance throughout the process but without being pushy. I would confidently recommend At Home to friends and family.

GooglePaul at home estates sold me my buy to let property then I used him to let it out. He had 4 offers within a week and a tenant in within 2/3 weeks. Fees are very competitive. Paul works tirelessly to reply to every email and call and is the most efficient estate agent I have used to date. Good to see him getting more properties and more popular because his commitment deserves it.

The mortgage Paul found was what we needed and knowing that he'd checked the market gave me the confidence that it was the right deal. Hi Andrea, thank you for your comments. I'm sorry to see your comments and feel particularly confused about them as I can see that the landlord had to, unfortunately, call bailiffs in for your eventual removal and you refused to communicate with anyone to try and affect some sort of assistance or plan or understanding of the situation. This had continued for a very long time and you were sent repeated non-payment notices and hand delivered letters over the course of several months, so the court felt the reasons were valid over the prolonged period of time, which was certainly a few months longer than a blink of an eye. We can't support a customer if they do not respond to emails or calls or court hearings and the landlord reached their limit of support for you. The condition that you left the apartment in was heartbreaking for the owner and as you changed the locks, we of course, couldn't inspect the property for a prolonged period. I would ask that you please stop phoning and communicating in an abusive manner as these have been documented, and hopefully you are more respectful and considerate of any future landlord, neighbour or letting service.
