GoogleReally disappointed with there service. I made a viewing on Saturday. Called today to confirm the booking lady who I spoke to confirm the booking for today. Went to view the property I called the lady who confirmed my booking except for answering my call she message me saying call the office. So I call the office guy informed me the property has been sold. Know that has wasted a journey for me I had to leave early from work. What I expected was they could of atleast called to inform me that the property has been sold or atleast drop a message. So unprofessional. Reading state agent should know how tough it is for people to get time out from work to view a property specially in these cost of living times. Very very disappointed

GoogleAwful - don’t touch them as either a tenant or a landlord ! My tenant literally took out my kitchen and readings would do nothing about it! They dont deal with actual reality - but in their own version of events- so if you are unfortunate enough to be already in dealings with them - take photos, document & date absolutely everything to prove your truth !

Visited Elm Park letting agency with my family to enquire about letting a house. Service was frosty and they told us they would contact us for a viewing of the property but they never did. Managed to get a viewing for another house and turned up at the appointed time and found out that the house had already gone! They had left a voicemail about 8 mins before the allocated time to let me know this. By that time I had already made my way to the house and was waiting outside. When I called them back I was told that they were using a 'first come first served' basis and so as I was the last viewing I wouldn't stand much of a chance. She then proceeded to offer me the original house that I had enquired about. When I informed her that this was the house I had come into their shop to originally see 2 weeks before she told me that the original offer had fallen through and was back on the market. She asked me if I would like to view it and I said I would be available the following evening. She said someone would ring me back to arrange. They never did.

Contact them for renting a house.I called this agency 3 times, to book a viewing,always don't have the keys,telling you to wait, that they will call you back, but Never did, and later is Already Gone!!!!
1.First time after few days of waiting,they told me that the landlord rented the house by himself.
2.Second time that the tenants changed their minds and not leaving anymore.
3.The third time,i called them just when they posted on rightmove,they told me that they don't have the keys yet,later told me that they had an offer and the person didn't pass the checks at the beginning ,they posted the house on rightmove,and later the person came with guarantor, and it's gone.I lost my time waiting for them 4 days,I thought they are serious but are not. I really don't understand for what they are posting on the market if the property is not available, and they aren't able to book a viewing or to give you information.
