All staff were excellent throughout our sale and our purchase. We felt well supported throughout. Several weeks after our move they are still helping us by contacting our vendor to collect information that we needed. We can only urge you to give this very professional agent a try. Liz was extremely helpful as our exchange and completion approached. She even worked through days off to help the process to progress.

They have gone over and above in ensuring we were kept informed of its progression at all times. TrustpilotI would recommend Readings
Our House purchase took about 4 months longer than it should have. Estate agents (Liz) were very accommodating and always kept in touch with all parties. The best thing is you try and understand the parties with a personal touch. Thank you and although we went through extensive re decoration, all guests coming to visit say that they have hardly seen such a good house. I would definitely recommend Reading Property

TrustpilotReadings Property Services, Elm Park
I have purchased a property through Readings in Elm Park. They have been easy to deal with, professional, called back when they said they would and kept a track of the transaction, keeping both me and the vendor informed of what was happening in the chain.I did feel that on two occasions when I put forward an offer it was not effectively communicated to the vendors if deemed too low or not the right circumstances hence my direct approach to vendors but that would not prevent me recommending. A definitively had a positive experience overall.
Thank you for the kind feedback Ms Borough

TrustpilotTerrific team
Just moved house and without the reassuring help from Terri and the team I’m sure it could have been a lot more stressful, but with Terri she always kept me informed and couldn’t have made the journey anymore pleasant .I would recommend readings and say that 5 stars is just not high enough for the work they all did . So thank you all

GoogleNote even a 1* service. Really disappointed with the service. I made two viewings on Saturday with Liz. She sent no confirmation email confirming the bookings, so I contacted them on Friday and spoke to a guy who checked the system and found that nothing was booked for me. He apologised and kindly rebooked and sent through the confirmation. On Saturday Liz called me and left a VM to say that she is cancelling the bookings. Very unreliable estate agents, not serious and this is a total waste of time for anyone who is a serious buyer!!! I will not be using them again.

TrustpilotThe best Estate Agent in Elm Park....
Readings sold my property and we completed in May 2017. Readings were knowledgeable of the current market conditions and able to advise accordingly.. They kept me informed at all times and always returned my calls.. Once sold they progressed the sale through to a successful conclusion and negotiated with the buyer in my favour. I truly felt they were worth their fee as they made every effort to make sure I, as their client, was looked after in a professional and courteous manner.. Bravo Readings you were amazing...
Thanks, Kim. That's really nice of you. Hope the work at your new place is going well. Kind regards, James and everyone at Readings

GoogleVery disappointing service from Lea at Readings property as she never got back to me with answers to our questions after visiting our property to let several weeks ago. I did not bother to chase Readings. Based on that, I would not recommend their services due to their lack of accountability and lack of proper follow up.
