I cannot recommend Chalk Street enough - the service I received was second to none!The team are honestly fantastic. Super knowledgeable, really on the ball and go above and beyond for you! I was kept up to date very regularly on the sale of my home and I can honestly say it wasn’t stressful in the slightest. They were truly amazing and supportive the whole way through. I am so grateful to everyone at Chalk Street - especially Dan, Faye, Jack and Mandy. Such great people. I certainly won’t be selling a property with anyone but Chalk Street! Thanks guys!!

Mandy in the Progression team was simply amazing and without her help and support throughout I honestly don’t think I would have Exchanged contracts - she was always happy to help and to be honest her support and guidance kept me sane. Chalk in Hornchurch made a very stressful move easier. I know if I had gone to another agent I would not have had the same support and eagerness to help. Mandy in the Progression team was particularly good. She was constantly chasing, updating and pushing on my behalf - she was simply amazing and without her support and patience I don’t think I would have got through the process (she became my therapist too). Mandy had excellent insight into the process and would talk me through each step. She never had a problem with me calling her and I never felt rushed. She is honestly the best!The Sales team were always happy to help and everyone had a “can do” attitude.Particular thanks to Lois and Linda for your help - and Jack and Ben were always around if I needed help.I will only recommend Chalk to any of my friends and family - money well spent and excellent service by everyone.You should open other branches - I know you would be a success Thank you all so much

We recently completed on our first property purchase with Chalk Street. Our viewings were booked through Linda, who gave us lots of information and provided timely responses on the live negotiations process - leading to our offer being accepted by the sellers. The process between offer and exchange should have been straightforward, but became tough as a result of issues with a property above us in the chain. The head of Sales progression - Mandy, was a godsend for us in taking on this challenge. Despite fighting against a collection of negligent solicitors and an incompetent land registry, Mandy continued to keep the pressure on all parties and update me via telephone daily, on how the situation was progressing. I can say with 100% certainty, that I would have pulled out of this transaction if it wasn’t for Mandy’s drive in getting this transaction across the line. Having now finally completed on a fantastic property, I give a huge thanks to Chalk Street and especially Mandy for getting me to this position. I would strongly recommend using Chalk Street as the estate agents of choice in the area. Thanks again!

Even before meeting the team I knew Chalkstreet was my agent of choice. They came highly recommended by two friends. After meeting Ben and having a valuation I knew there and then I didn’t need to see the other agents that I had valuations booked with. Ben was warm, friendly, calm and not pushy at all like some estate agents I had met. I liked the company ethos so signed there and then. The team acted quickly to get great photos done and our advert created with pace. Lois the Manager worked with us through most of the process explaining everything in great detail (this was the first property I had sold so needed a lot of guidance) which was no problem for her. Lois was always available at the end of the phone or email every time I needed her. She is amazing ! So warm and friendly , understanding, informative and patient.Lois even called me after we had accepted our offer to offer her congratulations which was lovely! Shout out to Daniel the owner too, who took time out of his busy day to have a 30 minute in depth conversation with me giving me all the detail and stats and easing my worries. Thanks Daniel that was much appreciated! Linda was also amazing speaking to me at length and really helping me to understand the process when I had a hiccup with a property I loved! Thanks Linda for being that shoulder to cry on! That just leaves the super star Jack who met with us in person and discussed options and got us our buyer. He is leading us through the sale now, in such a calm, and informative manner, even replying to my emails out of work time. Thanks Jack. We will be forever grateful! GoogleExcellent experience selling our house via Chalk Street. The entire team were professional and helpful throughout the entire process. A stark contrast to what we experienced from the major high Estate agents that we have purchased our new property from. A special mention to Mandy in the after Sales team, whom went above and beyond to make the Sale happen, covering work that should have been done by the other Estate agents and also helping to keep us sane. I don't often write reviews but I would highly recommend anyone thinking of selling thier property to use Chalk Street. Reasonable rates and exceptional service.

GoogleChalk Street Estate Agents were recommended to us and they have been amazing from day one. Lee who came out to do the evaluation was really down to earth and honest which you need when you want to sell your property. You can always reach anyone you need to talk to, Lindsay and Faye keep you updated with viewings and all offers that have been received and how to move forward with accepting and the process of moving forward with the sale. Then there’s Mandy who is just a star, she will deal with every problem that arises like a professional, keeps you informed of how the sale is moving along and what paperwork is outstanding or if issues arrive how they need to be resolved. Being honest in the beginning it was the fixed fee that made us choose Chalk Street but in the end the house was sold because we had an excellent team to work with.
