With another property to sell there was only one place I'd go - Chalk Street. In difficult and turbulent times they got the job done yet again with a SOLD result by sticking to the task. Always helpful and with time to discuss the sale. Dan, Faye, Lois Ben and Jack and the team, all worked tirelessly to sell my property . Great Job guys !!! Can't recommend them highly enough.

Amazing from start to finish We was initial apprehensive about using Chalk Street, as we thought a fixed fee estate agent would lack on many fronts, how wrong we were! Chalk Street were amazing from the initial conversation to the very end of the process. We originally spoke to Faye and she guided us through the whole process, maintaining regular and relevant communication throughout. Unlike other estate agents we've used and encountered before in Hornchurch, Chalk Street listened and seemed to genuinely care, not just worry about money!If this wasn't a fixed fee service we would have been more than happy to pay the usual high fees others charge, the fact is represented such amazing value is another plus point.I mentioned Faye earlier, but she was amazing and a credit to Chalk Street from minute one, she is so professional but also direct, clear and leaves you with no confusion.I would recommend Faye and Chalk Street 100%!

I recently purchased my property via Chalk Street estate agents. I met Linda and Faye at the viewing (who were lovely) and were able to answer my questions about the house and local area. I quickly put an offer in which was accepted less than 24 hours later when Linda called to give me the good news she generally sounded pleased for me as I explained how long I'd been trying to get in to view a property in the area. I dealt mainly with Mandy who was also lovely and tried to help as much as she could. The purchase took 7 months to complete (through no fault of the Chalk Street team), but Mandy kept in contact the whole time and always answered my emails really quickly which was super helpful ! I would recommend using Chalk Street estate agents and would use them again!

Mandy has been absolutely fantastic. She has dealt with myself and my husband through the most trying of times and given professional and helpful advice. Our purchase fell through and Mandy offered support. I think I will actually miss my chats with her!Before sales was tricky at times and I mainly dealt with Jack. Again, great communication and help. GoogleVery bad customer service. The “Senior Negotiator” refused my offer to buy a house, instead she offered to put me on a waiting list because I had to reschedule viewings 3 times. I was shocked, I was ready to buy the property with or without viewings and she completely dismissed me and ignored my emails

Thank you for your comments but for the benefit of the wider audience, we would just like to clarify matters. Stating that we 'refused my offer to buy a house', 'completely dismissed me' and 'ignored my emails' is simply untrue. We arranged to meet you at the property on four occasions and each time, you cancelled. 3rd August: you emailed in 90 minutes before your appointment to say you need to reschedule. 29th August: you emailed in 50 minutes before your appointment stating you were unable to be there due to work commitments. 19th October: you emailed us 1 hour before your appointment stating your trains were severely delayed. 4th November: you emailed in 1 hour before your appointment to cancel for the fourth time, stating you would reach out to us to reschedule in 2 weeks time. We spoke on the telephone on 11th November and informed you that we had received an offer on the property. You then mentioned you could make a 'blind offer' without viewing it. It is at this point we advised you that unfortunately, we do not accept blind offers but would add you to a waiting list to rearrange the viewing for the fifth time if the current offer did not lead to a sale. We wish you all the best in your property search but would strongly suggest not to make blind offers on properties due to the potential issues that could arise from such.

I engaged with Chalk Street Estates to purchase our first property in London. Having recently completed the purchase, I feel that I was quite fortunate to have them as the estate agents. Majority of my interaction and dealings were with Ben Leary and with his fellow colleagues every now and then. The one thing that struck me the most was their professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to help in every way they can. As you may imagine, as a first time buyer, we had lots of questions, and lots of things that we did not know in terms of how they work. Ben and the team always helped and sorted me out; no question or query was too small or too big or too stupid for them. Every single one of them were answered and rather very promptly.Which brings me to the point where I must call out their responsiveness. I don’t think I had to wait more than 24 hours (for an e-mail response) or needed to do a follow-up. In general, it was a great experience with Ben, Faye Gavin, Daniel Petherick, and others and I will highly and wholeheartedly recommend them.

First met with Daniel and Faye, who explained the process to me. My house was sold very quickly after going on sale, but it was many months before I moved as I didn't find my new home for some while. But during this time I was contacted regularly and updated on my buyers situation,etc. Unusually I was also helped with advice on my purchase, very helpful. During the process I was also helped by Linda and Mandy. Not only were Daniel, Faye, Linda and Mandy very helpful, extremely professional and knowledgeable, but they are very nice people too. Chalk Street found us a new buyer really quickly and kept us up to date at every step, smoothing out any bumps along the way.
