Everyone in the Chalk Street team has been amazing! From the start of the process Lee was knowlegable and answered all of my many questions! Lee valued my property and backed up the valuation with facts, this instantly put me at ease. When the inital buyer pulled out Lee worked fast and efficiently to get the property back on the market and secured a new buyer within days. When the chain was complete Mandy took over and has kept me updated at every stage. She has chased all parties on a daily basis on my behalf to secure an exchange date. Cant thank you enough! Chalk Street really does act in your best interests and offers an outstanding level of service for a fixed fee. Thank you everyone!

Thank you to all at Chalk Street, with an extra special thank you to Mandy Bootle their Sales Progressor.We originally went with Chalk Street, as we liked their reasonable fee structure. Our property was listed in August and sold in around 2 weeks.We were all hoping to Exchange and Complete in the New Year. But due to lack of communication and miscommunication between our buyers and our shared Solicitors, nothing was happening. Information we uploaded onto our Solicitor’s Portal in August was not being cascaded down to our buyers. Once our buyers raised their concerns with Mandy, she lived up to her job title and progressed our sale. She kept our buyers onboard and we were able to respond immediately to their queries. Mandy kept us updated throughout and was always professional, polite and has an excellent work ethic. Highly recommended.

I sold my house and purchased my on-ward sale with Chalk Street Estates and I wouldn’t go to another estate agent ever again. Even with some challenges within the chain, Chalk Street made it a smooth process, taking on the issues and helping ensure they were resolved on our behalf. Lee, Dan, Mandy, Lois and team were fabulous from start to finish and I couldn’t fault their professionalism, friendly attitude and ability to progress a chain through with minimal stress to clients as possible. Mandy Bootle…..that is who my five star rating goes to!! What a star she has been at Chalk Street. Chalk street are the agents for the house I am buying, but she has batted for me the whole time. The last month has been a nightmare with the chain from my buyer down. Mandy has been, there are no words to describe her really, marvellous, wonderful etc etc.If only I had known about Chalk Street before I would have engaged them for sure. You couldn’t do better.

Having used Chalk Street for the first time I can't see why anyone would use another agent. Their service, pricing and professionalism were excellent. Nothing was ever too much hassle and they gave us some excellent connections to a solicitor and removals firm. To Lynda who worked her brilliant negotiating skills even helping to secure our own purchase we are forever grateful. Mandy who was often they light at the end of the tunnel, in which was at times a frustrating process with solicitors and developer we can't thank you enough. GoogleI'm reviewing as a buyer through Chalk Street so can't comment as a seller. We've been looking in Hornchurch for the good part of 6 months and there's quite a few Estate agents in the area but noticed that quite a few use Chalk Street. So that's a good sign. We've been dealing with Faye ever since we've had our offer accepted. Chalk Street are very quick to respond to any e-mails and always seem to be on the case. This detail takes alot of stress out I'm sure you can relate. They also seem to be in constant contact with their clients and will relay any updates quite quickly. Don't really have any negative things to say for a change! Just keeping our fingers crossed for Completion!

GoogleWhat an amazing collection of individuals that work here. The team were amazing from first contact all the way to completion. Never once did they pressurise you into buying into one of their packages, they presented the options and allowed you to have the choice on the level of service. Buying/selling a home is generally regarded as a daunting task but Chalk Street took us through the whole process and made us feel very comfortable with all aspects (I had so many questions and not once did they make me feel as though I was asking for too much). Their communication was amazing, very easy to reach someone in the team who could assist. If they couldn’t assist, they made sure someone got back to us quickly. Highly recommend using them!

We had a very difficult and unique situation with regards to moving and both Linda and Mandy were absolutely fantastic! Mandy kept us informed on a daily basis, which was not only helpful, but also made the situation a little easier. Both ladies were always very calm and happy to speak to me whenever needed. They worked unbelievably hard and I cannot comprehend how much they must do behind the scenes. If I were to ever move again I would without a doubt contact chalk street! Ben and his team sold our house that weekend. Unfortunately the sale took longer than necessary to complete but the service we got from Mandy was exceptional. She was constantly chasing other solicitors exc trying to get it through and always kept me updated.
