We were a first time buyers and all we heard was about how stressful it is with estate agents, moving etc. well I was blown away because my experience has been the complete opposite thanks to chalk street. It ran smoothly from start to finish. The communication and service was just fantastic, keeping me updated and in the loop constantly. We dealt with Daniel who was just phenomenal, he was so friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Nothing was never to much trouble and Again he always kept myself and my husband in the loop and always got back to us straight away with any questions we had and went out of his way to make things happen. As we were first time buyers we were a bit green but Dan was on hand to give us any advise we asked which was a big help and very comforting for us. I didn’t think I would ever say this but It’s so nice to be able to put your trust into an agent, so If I was to even buy or sell a property in the future, I wouldn’t go any where else but chalk street.Thank you so much Daniel for making our move a breeze and thank you to the team at chalk street estate agents

I would definitely recommend Chalk Street vs many others in the market. From the moment we decided to sell our property, to the final stage, they were faultless. Highly professional, efficient and full of transparency. We were involved in a chain which involved another estate agent, and from the appalling service we experienced with them, it really did exemplify the amazing standards of Chalk Street.A special mention to Mandy Bootle, who went over and beyond, to ensure we were able to exchange and complete on time, and provided her support at every step with solicitors etc.Overall, an excellent company to work with whether, selling or buying a home.

Great service from start to finish. Advertising is very professional with great photos. All the staff were really helpful and went the extra mile, even when there were potential issues. For me Mandy is the one person I have to highlight in this review as such a key person within the team. Excellent Service

I definitely would recommend Chalk Street to anyone thinking of selling their home. My perspective is from a buyers view, so not a paying customer of theirs but I always felt that they cared about me and spent time talking to me and not just about the purchase. Linda Sullivan was my main contact and I found her to be a very pleasant person. She was always calm even when we thought things were going in a downward spiral. She was in contact most days either providing an update or asking for mine. Mandy Bootle joined Linda towards the end to help get the purchase over the line. It was stressful but the team kept the heat on to push it through. Thanks to them. My overall experience with Chalk Street was positive with every person I spoke to.

Would highly recommend. They’re certainly professional. A very reasonable flat fee in return for sterling work which is a breath of fresh air for this kind of business. A grateful vendor

I would recommend Chalk Street to anyone that I knew that was contemplating moving house. From the outset the efficient way your house is marketed with professional photography and serious buyers is truly a breath of fresh air! Now on to the progression. I’m not going to say this was an enjoyable or stress free process because it wasn’t. This was down to a long chain and the incompetence of other agents but if you have Mandy in your corner you know that she is doing her very best for you. She keeps you informed of what is going on and in our experience takes the reins of the entire sale and does the work of the other progressors in order to get it over the line! This has been a very difficult year for everyone but Mandy still manages to keep a sense of humour and professionalism she is a credit to Chalk Street. Cannot thank them enough!!

We can’t thank chalk street enough for their help on our moving journey. Especially Mandy. Everyone has been so helpful, friendly and polite all the way through but Mandy has been exceptional! Very professional whilst providing an excellent service.I've dealt with a few Estate Agents recently whom I must say were your typical Estate agents where I felt that all they were interested in was to close down a sale and not necessarily thrive on customer service. We've used Chalk St (CS) to sell our property. At first I was hesitant to use a fixed price agent, thinking there would be no real incentive for CS to provide top service from start to end. I can say I'm pleasantly surprised with the service I have received. Communication from the start to end was very clear, prompt and available. There was always good visibility from the CS team. Half the price of most other estate agents, none of the hard sell tactics & a realistic valuation, rather than a bargain basement price to shift the property asap. Within 24 hours of the house going up for sale we had 3 serious offers, Within a few days it was sold.
