Chalk Street have been an amazing estate agent to deal with so far, prices are clear and straightforward firstly. The service is responsive, they aren't pushy or difficult but actually very helpful and patient with my silly questions. The advice is clear and direct which for me as a first time seller has been invaluable. The photographer took fantastic photos, they were representative yet complimentary to my property. The house sold in 6 days from marketing on rightmove! All of the staff I've dealt with (Ben, Jack, Faye, Mandy & John the photographer) are pleasant, friendly and personable. Its fair to say Chalk street have made something a bit scary and stressful feel very straightforward. I actually couldn't recommend them highly enough!!

Where do I begin

Where do I begin! From our first contact with Lee, I felt assured that this was the agent to use to sell our house. I was given all the information possible and was not pressured to make a decision straight away. This approach definitely made our decision easy in choosing Chalk street. From the house going on to the market , the appointments for viewing and feed back was excellent. Every member of staff I spoke to at each point was efficient and got back to me very quickly with responses to any queries.I would like to give a massive thank you to Mandy . Wow she was absolutely a star in getting the processes along the way moving .She went above and beyond and is a gem of an employee.I would without hesitation recommend Chalk street to friends / work colleagues.Thank you once again for making our move to our forever home as stress free as could be.Kind Regards Julie Eldridge

We are currently purchasing a property through Jack and can say so far he has been really great to work with. From the start he was so informative and helpful through the offer process and has been available to speak with every step. His colleague Gracie has also been very helpful and would highly recommend this agency and especially all the staff at Chalk Street.

FANTASTIC ESTATE AGENT. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Jack was very thorough and sincere. In the past some of the estate agents that I have come across have been too pushy and have told lies. This was not the case with Jack. He was charming and excellent at his job.Chalk Estates also returned my calls very quickly; again past experiences have not been the case.Thoroughly pleased with the service. Would highly recommend!

Outstanding! Thank you all

Everyone in the Chalk Street team has been amazing! From the start of the process Lee was knowlegable and answered all of my many questions! Lee valued my property and backed up the valuation with facts, this instantly put me at ease. When the inital buyer pulled out Lee worked fast and efficiently to get the property back on the market and secured a new buyer within days. When the chain was complete Mandy took over and has kept me updated at every stage. She has chased all parties on a daily basis on my behalf to secure an exchange date. Cant thank you enough! Chalk Street really does act in your best interests and offers an outstanding level of service for a fixed fee. Thank you everyone!

Property sale with Chalk Street

Thank you to Mandy and Faye for making my sale so much easier. Mandy provided guidance when needed and chased solicitors on my behalf, Faye’s persistence helped my exchange and completion go through all in the same day. Chalk Street have proved that you don’t need to spend extra hundreds of pounds to sell your property.

Thank you Mandy and all at Chalk Street

Thank you to all at Chalk Street, with an extra special thank you to Mandy Bootle their Sales Progressor. We originally went with Chalk Street, as we liked their reasonable fee structure. Our property was listed in August and sold in around 2 weeks. We were all hoping to Exchange and Complete in the New Year. But due to lack of communication and miscommunication between our buyers and our shared Solicitors, nothing was happening. Information we uploaded onto our Solicitor’s Portal in August was not being cascaded down to our buyers. Once our buyers raised their concerns with Mandy, she lived up to her job title and progressed our sale. She kept our buyers onboard and we were able to respond immediately to their queries. Mandy kept us updated throughout and was always professional, polite and has an excellent work ethic. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Chalk Street as an estate agent of choice. Our sale has not been an easy one but Mandy went above and beyond to make sure the sale was completed and we can’t thank her enough. All staff we have dealt with at Chalk Street - Lee, Lois, Faye and Ben have been professional and friendly, always someone at the end of the phone to help you. Don’t hesitate to use.

Best in Havering - look no further than Chalk Street

I sold my house and purchased my on-ward sale with Chalk Street Estates and I wouldn’t go to another estate agent ever again. Even with some challenges within the chain, Chalk Street made it a smooth process, taking on the issues and helping ensure they were resolved on our behalf. Lee, Dan, Mandy, Lois and team were fabulous from start to finish and I couldn’t fault their professionalism, friendly attitude and ability to progress a chain through with minimal stress to clients as possible. The team are proactive, organised and always willing to go above and beyond. A first class experience which I can’t fault.Thank you Chalk Street for my recent sale and purchase.

The Team at Chalk Street dealt with our property sale, from beginning to end they were very professional, securing numerous viewings always communicating every step of the way. To Lynda who worked her brilliant negotiating skills even helping to secure our own purchase we are forever grateful. Mandy who was often they light at the end of the tunnel, in which was at times a frustrating process with solicitors and developer we can't thank you enough. For your friendly approach and excellent advice we are so happy we went through this process with you all. We can't recommend Chalk Street highly enough.

I'm reviewing as a buyer through Chalk Street so can't comment as a seller. We've been looking in Hornchurch for the good part of 6 months and there's quite a few Estate agents in the area but noticed that quite a few use Chalk Street. So that's a good sign. We've been dealing with Faye ever since we've had our offer accepted. Chalk Street are very quick to respond to any e-mails and always seem to be on the case. This detail takes alot of stress out I'm sure you can relate. They also seem to be in constant contact with their clients and will relay any updates quite quickly. Don't really have any negative things to say for a change! Just keeping our fingers crossed for Completion!

What an amazing collection of individuals that work here. The team were amazing from first contact all the way to completion. Never once did they pressurise you into buying into one of their packages, they presented the options and allowed you to have the choice on the level of service. Buying/selling a home is generally regarded as a daunting task but Chalk Street took us through the whole process and made us feel very comfortable with all aspects (I had so many questions and not once did they make me feel as though I was asking for too much). Their communication was amazing, very easy to reach someone in the team who could assist. If they couldn’t assist, they made sure someone got back to us quickly. Highly recommend using them!

Why use anyone else?

Having used Chalk Street for the first time I can't see why anyone would use another agent. Their service, pricing and professionalism were excellent. Nothing was ever too much hassle and they gave us some excellent connections to a solicitor and removals firm. Special shout out to Mandy who made everything smooth sailing, but to the entire team a big thank you!

Mandy Bootle…..that is who my five star…

Mandy Bootle…..that is who my five star rating goes to!! What a star she has been at Chalk Street. Chalk street are the agents for the house I am buying, but she has batted for me the whole time. The last month has been a nightmare with the chain from my buyer down. Mandy has been, there are no words to describe her really, marvellous, wonderful etc etc.If only I had known about Chalk Street before I would have engaged them for sure. You couldn’t do better.

Chalk Street have been fantastic throughout the process. I couldn't have asked for anything more. It's been challenging at times but they have dealt with the situation at hand efficiently and professionally. Critically, they have kept me up to date consistently and are always prompt to respond. Lois Richards has been particularly approachable, supportive and knowledgeable.
