I have been a tenant with Chalk Street for 5 years, and have found them to be excellent in every aspect. They are extreme professional and efficient, whilst friendly, helpful and reliable in every aspect. Lois, their office manager, is exceptional in her speed and efficiency in dealing with any day to day issues or questions I may have. She is always approachable, very helpful and a ray of sunshine in the current climate, when finding someone to speak to with a query is becoming a thing of the past.

From start to finish Chalk street were amazing. Jack made us feel super comfortable with his knowledge and expertise. Listing the property was straightforward and we were kept up to date with all viewings and feedback. An absolute 5-star performance from the team at Chalk Street. We had a few curveballs along the way (well, it is house-selling!) but Ben from the start, Faye as a constant and Mandy towards the finishing line all helping to progress matters to a successful completion. I had a particularly difficult solicitor, but Mandy was on top of the sale and exchange from the start to the end and gave every assurance possible throughout. The communication was brilliant. I would definitely recommend Chalk Street because of this.

Initially and throughout my go to was Linda Sullivan. Linda is so easy to work with and she gives great advice and knowledge about the buying/ selling process and is very approachable and is the utmost professional.Ben I found very professional and well turned out. I met Ben when he came to appraise my mother’s home he was confident and explained everything in great detail.I have spoken with Mandy who also is very capable and professional… on the whole the Chalk Street experience was just brilliant from start to finish with not one Hiccup!! I would always use Chalk Street as they set a precedent for everyone else and are very fair with Price and Their dealings they are what I would call your honest to goodness friendly knowledgeable agents and are in my book the ones to admire in their line of business. I have just sold my house with Chalkstreet and I must say their customer service is excellent. We first met Jack who came to value our house and he is lovely and went above and beyond throughout the process to help where ever he could. Further more the rest of the team are so friendly and helpful. There is always someone to speak to at the office to answer any of you queries and if they promise a call back they always call.Linda the sales negotiator was great and always gave me all our feedback from viewings and offers in a timely manner and discussed throughly my options to decide what we would like to do. Mandy the sales progressor is brilliant and she kept me updated accordingly with everything I needed to know throughout the process and if I had any concerns she always addressed and resolved them with no hesitation! Obviously nothing is straight forward with selling and buying a house but my experience with chalkstreet was second to none, nothing is too much trouble for any of the team. I achieved a good price for my house and most importantly the integrity, attention to detail and communication we received throughout was outstanding. I would highly recommend!
