This organisation helped us to sell our existing house and purchase our new house. They took all of the stress and aggravation out of this process making it easy and straightforward for us. Nothing was too much trouble. They were unfailing in their limitless patience from the number of times they made themselves available to show us and our contractors our potential new house to the numerous times they helped us navigate the online conveyancing. Their knowledge of the market was spot on and their in-depth knowledge of their customer needs both ours and our buyers and sellers meant that they were able to smooth over any potential problems before they had time to materialise. Excellent service and customer care. We would certainly recommend them unreservedly especially Billy and would have no hesitation in using them for any other moves that we may make.

Lewis and Hayley were amazing in securing us a mortgage!

Lewis Channell‑Tomlinson helped us with getting a great product on a mortgage where he was very informative and talked us through every step of the way. We are very thankful to him for his extensive support whilst purchasing our property as you can imagine, purchasing a property can be very stressful. Hayley Rossiter was extremely helpful and very supportive in making sure we had all the relevant paperwork so we were in the best position to receive the mortgage offer. I have to say we have had other mortgage advisors in the past, however Lewis and Hayley have exceeded our expectations and we will continue to use their services for future mortgages.

a special thanks to the team that helped us .

We really appreciate the hard work and help the company has provided us with there professional members in the team. we would not have got the chance to get our hands on this property without them. we would especially like to thank Darrel Sackey and his members of team for their hard work and perseverance in getting me and my family a property that we would like to call home. And to go even further beyond, this whole process was complete with in two months, which was outstanding grateful.

Dagenham...brilliant Team

I have been with Balgores for two years now. My experience with everyone in the various teams, whether in the Dagenham Branch, or elsewhere, have been very positive. For my most recent experience, as a landlord, id like to thank the Dagenham Team, especially Danny. He has been very prompt, polite, responsive, and eager to help. I reached out to him on Friday evening out of office hours, and he responded. He was helpful in guiding me through the licensing process. Id also like to thank the wider team. There is such positive and collaborative approach to their work. Danny is definitely a 5 star.

Having previously used a rubbish company to remortgage, I was quite apprehensive trying again until I met Daniel (early March) through my daughter’s friend. Her description of Daniel was spot on. Excellent, down to earth, cheerily, easy to talk to, a good listener, very patient and knows the business well. Daniel did exactly as promised. The remortgage process was surprisingly quick. I was kept updated. I had some stressful days but I was always reassured. Daniel was always easy to reach. In all SUPERB service. Thank you so much Daniel & Hayley. Caroline (Ilford)

Excellent service once again

This is the second time we have used Michael, Michael initially did our first mortgage 5 years ago and has just assisted with our remortgage. Michael had the difficult job of trying to secure us a good deal, this was challenging especially with the bank of England rising the rates, however Michael managed to find us the best rate at the time. Mackensie was excellent keeping us updated with the progress of our mortgage application. We will definitely use them when we renew in 5 years time.

Mortgage Adviser: Gemma highly recommended

Brilliant service from the Mortgage Advice Bureau - Gemma Doganca (Mortgage Adviser). Gemma has been by my side for almost a year from viewings and offers through to purchase! She's been a consistent ally throughout (including 2 mortgage applications and offers as the first purchase fell through!) and is highly responsive and incredibly knowledgeable. She is generous with her time and is always proactive and works with your best interests in mind. Her colleague Rohima has also been regularly checking in and helped keep things moving along. Thanks both!

Mortgage Broker: Michael Gibbon

Our experience with Michael Gibbon was faultless. He went above and beyond to explain every step of the process and provide alternative options, it really felt like he cared about us and wanted to get the best deal possible to suit our needs. As first time buyers Michael guided us through the process step by step.He informed us of when to do each step so we wouldn't lose out on any money. Michael even contacted us on his day off as interest rates were rising and he wanted us to secure the lower deal. He keeps us up to date with any decreases so we can move over to lower rates before signing our contract. I would recommend Michael to anyone looking to buy a house as he made the experience stress free and we felt supported throughout (even after the mortgage offer). We want to thank Michael and his team for everything.

Can’t recommend Paul Young enough

Can’t recommend Paul Young enough! He was brilliant in sorting mine and my partners life insurance, health insurance, income protection and everything inbetween. We found it really helpful to be able to talk to Paul on the phone and he talked us through everything we needed to know in a way we understood. He definitely got us the best policy for us and our needs and also took all the hard work and stress out of it. I’ve already recommend him to family members and they had the same excellent service. Thanks again Paul

I have been dealing with Balgores…

I have been dealing with Balgores Dagenham and have to say that every team member there have been wonderful, specifically I was impressed by their patience with me as a client even after I had to reschedule the viewings several times. I also would like to especially thank Ali, who is a mortgage advisor associated with the branch. He has gone above and beyond his role and been very responsive whenever I've had queries. As a 1st time buyer, he's even helped with useful advice and I'm totally relaxed knowing that the process is being handled smoothly. I was also amazed with how quickly he managed to get my mortgage offer, so am very pleased to have his service provided throughout, even after receiving the offer.
