All of the Balgores staff have been amazing throughout the whole process, as my first time renting out my property the process was very clearly laid out and everything has been handled with great care and professionalism. I am incredibly grateful for the team and their ongoing management.

Peter was great!

I was recommended to use Peter as my Mortgage Advisor and would recommend on to other! Peter was nothing but helpful, informative & on the ball. There was never a question he didn’t have an answer for and simply made me feel at ease throughout my whole buying process. I’m sure he advised me on more than what his job description holds but nothing was a problem for him. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!!

Excellent service from Balgores…

Excellent service from Balgores Hornchurch Branch. We have had excellent service from start to (nearly finish) we have exchanged and completion is due soon. Everyone we dealt with were professional, easy to get hold of, and great to deal with. Billy (Manager) Georgia, Connor and Donna were amazing. We would not have got this sale over the line without the extra service they give, the whole team deserve the praise, Donna (sales progressor) has been a fantastic go between for us, the solicitors and the buyer. This sale would not have happened without this team. I highly recommend Balgores, do yourself a favour and use them, you will not regret it!

I recently worked with Peter and Claire…

I recently worked with Peter and Claire to secure a new mortgage for my rental property. I couldn't have asked for a smoother process. Peter and team worked with me from the get go and guided me through the process brilliantly. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they was on hand 24/7 for any questions and queries I had. Absolutely fantastic service from these guys and would highly recommend their services. 10/10 from me.

Harrison at Balgores

Harrison at Balgores in basildon was assigned to help me with my sale and purchase. I cannot praise him enough! Harrison was polite and friendly, made me feel at ease, listened to me rant when I was getting stressed with the whole process and did whatever he could to make things run smoothly. I am now in my new property and could not be happier!

Highly recommended

Couldn't recommend these enough. All amazing but especially Deepuk and Donna. We sadly had to complete the sale on my deceased brothers flat.  They were so kind, empathetic and helpful. It made a very difficult process that bit easier. Was what lovely was meeting Deepuk because my brother had already started the sale with him and so Deepuk remembering my brother and their conversations. Definitely went above and beyond expectations. Thanks again!

Exceptional Mortgage Advisor Peter Walker

Peter Walker served us very well. He is kind, respectful, patient, a great listener, and very professional. At some point, I was almost giving up, but Peter's optimism and encouragement kept me going. He is exceptional in all aspects of his work. I recommend Peter to anyone out there who is looking for a property advisor. Thank you, Peter, for making it possible for me to be a homeowner.

We don’t Evan know where to start to…

We don’t Evan know where to start to explain how fantastic our broker Peter walker is. From start to finish Peter took control and handled absolutely everything. He will go above and beyond for his customers we was so lucky to have him. He is the most down to earth man and he will stop at nothing to give you the best of everything. Peter handled our mortgage, home insurances, life insurances and sadly my daily stress. Pete takes it all on his shoulders and will tell you that’s what he is there for to take the worry away from his clients and he does exactly that. He gets things done yesterday and luckily expects the same from everyone else. If you are moving you need Peter walker in your life trust me !!! I can not thank him and his team enough for all his hard work and kindness and I will forever recommend him to absolutely everyone. His skills and dealing with people is top tier. He is the godfather off mortgage brokers thanks Pete.

Me and my sister bought a property through balgores. We had the pleasure of Peter Walker who was our amazing broker. He was nothing but helpful and super informative. He went above and beyond to deliver invaluable customer service to us and would use his services again. Ensuring we were able to complete the purchase of the house at a fair price and a timely manner. Thanks Pete !

My experience with Balgores Hornchurch was mixed. While staff were polite and responsive, I felt significant pressure to use Gazeal’s reservation agreement when making an offer on a property. …
