I have recently completed the sale of my house through Balgores. I did this through Emily and Donna. I give special mention to Donna Hickey. Even though it was delayed by certain hurdles in the chain, Donna was not only professional, but offered moral support and encouragement throughout, she has good sense of humour which made It easier through the wait. On of the branch manager's come to our house to value the property and was quite frankly very rude and insulting. No real communication and conversation on reasons why selling etc. It was purely just walk in take measurements and that was it. The whole conversation didn't provide me with any confidence and generally told the manager to get out and don't come back.

He was easy to contact with any questions and reassurances and was calm and professional throughout various situations that arose. We would highly reccommend his services and especially for anyone who works for NHS, fire&rescue or other jobs with specific pay structures. Cant reccommend highly enough!
