I had the pleasure of working with Kellee on the sale of my property and having gone through a terrible experience with my previous estate agent I was really jaded. Kellee is the epitome of professional. She gave me all the information I needed and reassured me. My buyer was found in a little over a week after listing and for the price I wanted so need for endless haggling. Totally recommend Kellee. Thanks so much for restoring my faith in Estate Agents!@

We recently sold our previous property and also purchased our new property, through Balgores Dagenham. Curtis done a fantastic job handling the sale of our house (for above asking price) and then provided us with a number of properties that fit our needs perfectly. He made us feel at ease throughout the whole process, especially given the current situation with the pandemic and also made us feel like friends rather than a client. I can’t recommend Curtis enough if you are looking to buy or sell!

I had to sell and purchase a property given some unfortunate personal circumstances, and Curtis at Balgores handled both for me. These weren't straight forward transactions, however Curtis and the team handled it all for me to make it as seamless as possible. The transactions went through quicker than expected and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Estate agents often get a bad reputation, but these guys go above and beyond to help you and their advice and expertise is invaluable!

I've been looking to sell my house now for the past 9 months which in current conditions was difficult and after trying a couple of different agencies a friend told me to try Balgores in Dagenham as they helped them to sell their property. Curtis was the agent I first had the pleasure of meeting. He dealt with me in a very professional and friendly manner and made sure to keep me informed every step of way. Would highly recommend.

We were considering using an on-line agent, but we are now glad we didn't. We sold through Balgores during covid, having completed our sale in November. They were very professional and carried out our viewings for us. Their service was excellent, always available by both telephone and email, and it was convenient to pop into their offices should the occasion arise. We would like to thank Tom and Craig for their expertise and guiding us through the sale transaction, and we would also like to thank Marie who dealt with the completion of our sale. They all went beyond their roles, and we are very grateful.

As first time buyer it was so lovely to have someone like Abi who could help us navigate things we were not sure about and she was able to get our mortgage offer submitted quickly! Mackensie has been a huge help with things behind the scenes and worked very quickly to get an error corrected on our offer!

Prior to the viewing they asked inappropriately detailed questions about finances as if you're trying to buy Buckingham Palace. On arrival the owner wasn't in and was never informed of the viewing. Balgores response: Ah well, bad luck. We don't even bother look at their property listings anymore, to us they're obvious scammers.

Had a recent viewing for a duplex. The agent who showed us around was not accommodating and not knowledgeable about the property, telling us that all details will be in the pack that she has given us. Also made it a point to tell us that she has other people coming to view the property soon and wanting us out of the property. Also gave me a call back and asked why we viewed the flat if we now realise we want a house. As a customer, I would not want to deal with an agent who thinks that customers are dispensable just because there is a boom with housing sales. We viewed the flat as we were looking for either flats or houses and our viewings have led us to solidify our choice for wanting a house instead. We would have considered this is property if not for the subpar experience we've had. It is not up to the customer to read up on the property because as an estate agent, you should know what you are trying to sell. I think agents sometimes forget that the customer will only put their money into a company that makes the whole process of moving houses a less stressful experience than it already is.

GoogleThis is my first experience with Belgores, and I can honestly say I will recommend Danielle and the team to everyone I know. Danielle was very helpful, her customer service is amazing and she is friendly but still a total professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Please ignore all the fake 5 star reviews saying things like Daniella is great (she really isn’t) and you are left with a lot of people saying the same thing which was also our experience. Once they have your money you’re gonna get ignored. We had several maintenance issues which we reported which were ignored and don’t even think about getting your deposit back without having to go through the ombudsman. Do yourself a favour and steer clear.

From asking for valuation on my house through to completion, all the staff at Balgores were so helpful & looked after me every step of the way. It was a long & complicated journey but I’d just pop in & get any issue sorted out there & then. As a technophobe they would always help me with emails, copies & scanning things straightaway. It felt like sitting there & having a chat with friends while they had my back & sorted anything out. Highly recommend, thank you all guys!
