Can not Fault Richard Kendalll at all absolutely amazing, looked to buy my first ever buy to let property. Karen Preece was absolutely amazing so prompt with replied and she also give me weekly update was soo engaging, can not fault her at all. I want on holiday and she was soo accommodating in terms of efficient replies via email at all sorts of times. AND guess what she was soo efficient and gave me the news that the keys was ready for collect before my Solicitors. She answered any questions I had and put me in the right direction in terms of understanding what to do as it was my first every purchase and I was clueless. Helpful, professional would defo recommend and use richard kendall again. Thank you again Karen Preece :)

We put our house on the market in October and completed in June, Joanne and Amanda went above and beyond from start to finish. Through chains falling through to solicitors making huge errors that caused a delay that resulted in us exchanging at 4pm and completing the following day, Amanda and Joanne continually contacted the entire chain and their respective solicitors to constantly push things to achieve the completion date and kept us in the loop throughout. Helpful, professional and personable. Would recommend and use again without a doubt! Thank you both!

FacebookRichard Kendall recently sold our house and they were amazing!! From the initial appointment to the hand over of keys they were so supportive to us and our buyers. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were in touch with solicitors to get updates and help with paperwork! Karen was amazing! Definitely recommend!!

The Star is for Joanne she is a true star she takes the time to talk through and understand the entire situation in what can be an extremely stressful experience. However, I am still waiting for a telephone call or text from any members for RK to tell me I have completed! Generally, I found the staff to be rude, talk over you and give the impression that they cant wait to get you off the phone - all except Joanne

Karen Marijewko has been superb with dealing with a long, complicated and at times stressful sale of my late mothers property. Karen has kept me updated regularly and acted as a much needed go between with both the buyer’s and solicitors. I was kept informed of viewings and received feedback from each, my calls and emails were answered quickly and professionally. All in all very good though glad it’s all over now! Richard Kendall Estate Agents sold my property quickly and for a very good price and I would recommend them to anyone. I live 200 miles away from Wakefield but they made the process quick, simple and painless. They quickly marketed the property, arranged viewings and nothing was too much trouble for them. They kept me up to date with developments and forwarded offers quickly. If a buyer wanted a second viewing they sorted it quickly. They responded very quickly to emails and phone calls and kept me in the loop and updated. In two weeks there were about 10 viewings and 3 offers. As the buyer who eventually bought the property was renting close by I arranged with the buyer and Kendalls another visit so we could liase about what furniture and fittings the buyer would like to be left in the property - again - no problem Kendalls went back to the property and liased with the buyer about what furniture would be left in there. The comany also valued the property considerably higher than the other companies which looked at it and achieved a price way above those other company's valuations. Richard Kendall was recommended to me by a family friend and I am so glad I chose them and have no hesitation in recommending them as an estate agent.

Communication was excellent keeping us informed on a weekly bases of how things had progressed through to next steps.In a toughening market Karen worked hard to find a buyer that would value the work undertaken at the property and to find an mutually agreeable price to transact act.Karen invested significant time supporting the buyers through the process and ensuring they were making the right progress to move towards a completion.
