We were supported by Karen through the entire sales process from the initial listing through to the completion. Communication was excellent keeping us informed on a weekly bases of how things had progressed through to next steps.In a toughening market Karen worked hard to find a buyer that would value the work undertaken at the property and to find an mutually agreeable price to transact act.Karen invested significant time supporting the buyers through the process and ensuring they were making the right progress to move towards a completion.

I went in asking what properties they had in the area with certain criteria and she replied: I can't do anything for you, you need to go through checks and referencing then I'll add you to a mailing list.
