Despite a difficult year and a buyer who pulled out after many months, the Sowerbys team, especially Rachel and Zoe, have been responsive and caring throughout. Initially, to be honest I was bit weary of this estate agents as my perception of them was they focused on more high end buyers/cash buyers. I couldn't have been more wrong! Sowerbys were absolutely brilliant with the purchase of our dream home. Joanna was exceptional! Any issues or queries we had, she was on the case! Very responsive, kept us updated and went above and beyond. We felt that she really cared and we were not just another buyer. In fact, I can not fault any of the staff as they seem to work as a family and genuinely care for the buyer and not just the commission! After a sale fell through, they found us the dream home and made the experience quick and easy. Brilliant.

Having to obtain a property valuation for Probate purposes, I appreciated the sympathetic attention I received at the Holt office of Sowerbys. I was given a prompt appointment with Daniel Davies. He was extremely polite and friendly, whilst showing great respect for my home. He gave me an honest and interesting valuation which I could then pass on to my solicitor. Should I wish to sell my house in the future, I would not hesitate to contact Daniel and Sowerbys to value and market the property.
