I’d give 6 Stars if I could! We have just exchanged contracts on a property marketed by Sowerby’s of Holt and we were part of a fairly complex chain which threw up many challenges and delays, mostly due to lack of communication from the chain below us. Joanna Lobb was exceptional in her persistence to get to the bottom of every challenge and keep us, our solicitor and our own agent informed almost daily. I think we’d have gone stir crazy without her being on our ‘team’ and feel very lucky to have bought our new home in Norfolk through Sowerby’s of Holt.

We have recently viewed a house in Norwich advertised by Sowerbys Estate Agents. Millie from Norwich branch was very professional, booked the viewing swiftly, asked questions about our needs, and provided good explanations about the property. If there was a question she did not know the answer to, she has been very good at asking the vendor and come back to us quickly. The brochure and dimension on the floor plan (which is missing in some other agents’ adverts) was very helpful as well. We ended up not purchasing the property we viewed with Millie, however, she deserves top marks for her professionalism and dedication. We highly recommend Millie.

As soon as Paul arrived to value the place, we knew we'd found our agent. As pleasant and professional as the other agents had been, one grossly undervalued the place and two more seemed less than wholly confident in how best to show it off. Rather than being thrown by the unusual but attractive features of the property, Paul was confident - bold, even - and also filled us with confidence from the outset.
