FacebookWe've just completed our house move and Williams and Donovan were fantastic from start to finish. Whilst our property was on the market they kept us up to date with progress and discussed different options clearly that led to us selling in just over 4 weeks. The sales progression was excellent with Lynn being a great help in chasing those that needed chasing when it was needed to get things moving. Would highly recommend them as we are very pleased with the service we received.

Despite my constant badgering, pregnant, hormonal ramblings, she never left me hanging and always fought our corner. More so than our own agent!! From the start, the team were nothing but friendly and polite, gave realistic advice and were incredibly helpful. When our sale became more complicated due to a death in the family, it was so reassuring to receive such a personal and supportive service which made such a difficult phase in life just that little easier. Under the circumstances we sold very quickly and that was in large part to the advice from the team and their quick response. At every step of the way we were always well informed and their responsiveness and attention to detail is second to none. A huge thank you for such great customer service, we really appreciate it!

FacebookWe agreed our sale back in June to a chain of four. Unfortunately for us, the agent at the bottom was an internet agent who clearly did not understand what they should have been doing. It transpired 3 months in that they hadn't even seen proof of funding and it was only due to the diligence and persistence of Lloyd and Lynn at Williams & Donovan, that we got any answers. Even on the day of completion, the woman at the bottom had not transferred her funds, and the completion went through at 8 minutes to 5. If ever there was an advertisement as to why you should choose a traditional agent over an online one, this was it. Can't thank the team at Williams & Donovan enough and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I got regular updates from them, and I went to view the property quite a few times - they were always happy to come down and let me in and answer my questions.
After a week or so of settling in to my new property Iβve just received a card and bunch of flowers from them to wish me luck on my new home! So kind, thank you team x

We dealt mainly with Paul who was always helpful, professional and good-humoured which was very much needed in our case as our chain dragged on! The rest of the team were all very helpful and despite our many, many emails and phone calls, they never made us feel like we were a pain. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We received immediate confirmation of any planned viewings and these were completed in a timely manner. We felt very confident that despite not living local the agent was competent in all aspects from securing a buyer through to ensuring finance approval. FacebookSo we fell in love with a property with Williams and Donovan. We hadn't even put our property up for sale, so after viewing our dream home we put our property up for sale with them too! Lloyd could see how much we wanted the property and spoke to the seller to see if they would hold it for us in order to get our property sold (which they did). Unfortunately it took us 9-10 months to complete due to deed complications. It was a very stressful process but Lynn and Lloyd where amazing. Constantly chasing and getting things sorted for us. They went above and beyond for us! We cannot thank them enough for making our dreams come true! We have been in our new property a week tomorrow and we couldn't be happier. We don't ever plan to move again, but if we did we would 100% use them again!
