Having sold (through another agent) and experienced problems with our sale Paul at W&D stepped in and liased with all parties in the chain from our buyer to solicitors of all parties and keeping everyone up to speed on a weekly basis.
Paul was the first call we got when we exchanged and right up completion Paul was always at the end of the phone advising.
Yesturday we completed and after 5 months Paul turned up with the keys to our new home.
My kids say he's a Legend!..... he sure is!

Further to this they have claimed in their response that they left messages, I don’t know how as my phone does not allow voicemails and that they emailed they have not.
I’ve emailed the agent directly and they do not respond.

We did leave two messages to explain that the vendors had received an offer and that the property was no longer available, the vendor was also aware of the circumstances. We also sent an email to your contact address. We contacted you as soon as we were aware of the situation but unfortunately the messages weren’t picked up prior to the viewing. We know how frustrating this situation has been for you and we do sympathise but unfortunately it was out of our control as we had no other means of contacting you.

GoogleHonestly the best estate agents i have ever dealt with, they are so helpful and if there is a problem they organise getting it sorted out straight away and which is the most important thing for me is they always get back to me, if I call or email I will get a response, which other estate agents in the past have not done.... very happy with the service they provide... FacebookI chose W&D based on the reviews posted by their previous customers. I needed a local agent to market the empty and very sad house that belonged to my Father who passed away early Covid.
To be fair, we all know that it is possible to falsely boost your online rating, but I am happy to say that from Day 1 the team at W&D lived up to their rating and beyond.
Courteous, attentive, sensitive, prompt are some of the words I would use to describe their service and let's not forget that they have had to operate throughout the period of Covid thus making everyone's life more challenging.

I bought a bungalow early in the year and they kept in contact and chased my solicitors on a regular basis throughout the Covid lockdown. I was able to move as soon as the restrictions were lifted because they had made sure everything was in order during lockdown.
Very easy to to contact and friendly from the first viewing to the moment we picked up the keys.
We would happily sell and buy through them in future.
