Professional, friendly, reliable, every phone call returned and nothing ever too much trouble - great team of people and extra special thanks to Paul!! Outstanding service, Denise and Paul really went above and beyond - having supported both us and the sellers to get our purchase over the line! FacebookWilliams and Donovan were fabulous throughout our whole moving process. James responded very quickly initially which was great as we needed a quick sell in order to buy our new house. They couldn’t have got the photos etc done any quicker. Paul and Denise were also absolute stars throughout as well, always keeping us in the loop on what’s going on, both so friendly and knowledgeable. Always knew what was going on with our transaction despite them dealing with who knows how many! Couldn’t fault them really!

He answered the many questions I had in a clear and understanding manner and was able to give excellent knowledge about the current markets and properties surrounding the area too. GoogleI cannot praise Williams & Donovan enough for all that they have done to help us with our house move. There have been lots of hold-ups and issues with our chain and I can honestly say without Denise and Paul ensuring things kept moving, there is a good chance that the move would have not gone through. I particularly have to thank Denise who made sure we were always well informed and, no matter how stressed we were and no matter how many times I called, she was always the friendly, helpful voice at the end of the phone.

Can’t praise Jack highly enough: of all the estate agents we have viewed properties through Jack has been by far the most efficient, knowledgeable and straightforward person to deal with. My whole experience of dealing with the Hockey branch has been superb. Wouldn’t hesitate to deal with them in the future and just hope that any future purchases are through them!

Always happy to help, answer any questions we had and went above and beyond. We worked closely with Denise who knows her stuff, was efficient and always very friendly. She made everything as easy as it could have been and we can't thank her enough for all the work she put in for us. Chloe was always very polite, professional and was a pleasure to talk to.
