FacebookI can’t thank the Hockley team enough! W&D sold my mothers property at a very difficult time, meaning viewings were not always possible/easy, but they were always friendly and accommodating and handled our situation with care. From start to finish, we found every staff member a pleasure to deal with and very efficient. The property sold for a good price and although it was a rocky process, Paul and the team did their utmost to keep things running smoothly.I would especially like to thank Tom, Paul, Denise & Baily for your efforts. I would definitely recommend Williams and Donovan, and will be using them again in the future.

GoogleThe team at Williams and Donovan were absolutely brilliant in dealing with the sale of our property and purchase of our new home. James, Lloyd, Debbie and Paul, to mention a few, were just a joy to deal with and ensured our family moved into our dream home - despite the set back of our original buyers pulling out on the day of exchange! In fact, our new home is beyond our wildest of dreams! We will all be eternally thankful and grateful of the team overseeing and enabling a simply life changing move for us and our children. Thank you doesn’t seem enough but - THANK YOU!

FacebookAN UNFORGETTABLE TRADING EXPERIENCEI have seen, tested and tried different strategies, procedures methods even lost a lot of funds while trying. Until I was introduce to this new strategy that got me back on track and I have been able to regain all my lost money and still making consistent growth on all of my trade, Mr Ethan Payne is indeed an astonishing trader. He steadily lifted me out of my financial penury to becoming financially stable. FacebookBuying our first home was stressful, but it was made so much easier with the help of Williams & Donovan. Lynn & Anita were really helpful with keeping us up to date and explaining things we didn’t fully understand. On a number of occasions our solicitor was difficult to get hold of, but every time Lynn chased them they replied quickly, and Lynn updated us! Everyone went above and beyond to help us complete on time and we are now (almost) settled into our new home! Thank you so much. Williams & Donovan will definitely be our first choice if we decide to move again.

FacebookThank you to Denise & Paul at Williams & Donovan for supporting the sale of one property and purchase of my new home. Denise has been a great support helping source the right home in the right area within school catchment. I wasn’t an easy customer. Paul you’ve been a great support, chasing through the chain and keeping me informed of what’s happening. Having sold previously with you many years ago, I felt comfortable and reassured using you again. Thank you for your recommendations on removal company too. They were excellent. Traditionally estate agents get a bad rep, but there’s something quite nice about working with Williams & Donovan, like an old friend. I will be using you again if ever needed and will be recommending you.
