FacebookTime and effort put in. Professionalism. Pleasant and nice staff. At all stages of the process being kept informed. Sincerely, believe that they have your interest at heart and not just in getting your payment. Always get a call back if staff were out and about. First class organisation and would recommend to anybody thinking of selling or buying a house. Rates very fair as well. FacebookAll at Williams and Donovan were extremely helpful and competent in assisting me with my recent house sale and purchase. I was kept up to date on any delays in the chain and all of my questions were answered as best they could. They are a happy team and would always be friendly and curteous whenever I needed to call them or pop in. I would thoroughly recommend them and will be using them again, in 7 or 8 years!

FacebookWilliams and Donovan were brilliant from start to finish. Every conversation was met with a smile and the Mio app was very useful for seeing where you are in the process. I had the pleasure of meeting with Lee (Sorry if I've spelt that wrong!) a few times as I needed to measure up etc and she was delightful. On exchange day I was even given a bottle of wine of my choice and a congratulations card, it's things like that that make it feel like such a personal service. Lovely team, thanks for all your help.

Super impressed with their service and dedication, would absolutely recommend them again.

FacebookWilliams & Donovan supported us in buying and selling our home earlier in the year. In what was a very complicated purchase they were great. Always pushing the sale/purchase along as best as they could. When the sale reached a point things were not moving forward they never minded the frequent calls chasing for updates and looking to try and move the sale/purchase along. All of them were great but special thanks go to Paul and Tom.
