we have recently purchased a property using Michael Graham Estate Agents in Stony Stratford. we would highly recommend this company as being frendly and highly professional .We delt with Paul at this branch and found him extremly helpfull and very competent.

Terrible communication, a can't be bothered attitude. Jaded approach, complete lack of enthusiasm made the whole experience very frustrating. They take 1.25% plus vat if successful and for that large sum of money put very little effort in. Cancelled our contract after 6 months. Could make a large list of things that were wrong or didn't happen but following their lead, can't be bothered.

GoogleWe recently bought our new house through Michael Graham in Hitchin, and our experience was five star from start to finish. We dealt with Gavin Mills throughout, and he really was exceptional - efficient, thorough, and utterly on the ball. He kept everyone in the chain constantly updated, quickly ironed out any issues we had along the way, and managed to tie the whole thing up in record time. Michael Graham, and Gavin in particular, made what can be a really stressful time easier than we ever thought possible. We highly recommend them.

GoogleBrilliant sales and back up. We bought through Michael Graham but were selling with a local agent in Bury St Edmunds as we were moving from Suffolk to Herts. Our agent was shocking; they set back and did nothing to make the sale happen in a timely manner. Caroline Smith at Michael Graham was brilliant. She stepped in doing our agent’s job and managed to facilitate a chain in which we all had complicated circumstances in order to make the transaction happen on the only day that worked for all of us. I can safely say the chain would have fallen through without her. Definitely recommend.

From the initial meeting through to completion they were professional, courteous and always helpful with the house sale. It wasn't an easy process, with lots of hurdles, but they kept in touch all the way, going above and beyond to ensure the highest level of service. Phil the branch manager came round to value the property a full year before we finally completed! Invited Michael Graham around to value our property and agreed to go on with them but had to chase them a week later as we had not heard anything.Finally, they got in touch, and we arranged for photos and floor plans to be sorted. I also signed and completed all the paperwork. A week and a half later, still nothing, so I called them twice, each time leaving a message for a call back, but never got a call back.4 weeks after last speaking with Graham and telling him that communication was key for my wife and I, we still have not had a call, txt, or an email.Clearly, Michael Graham does not want a 600k+ listing.

GoogleCharlie supported the whole process, explaining what was needed for renting and helped throughout. He made life a little easier at a time when there was a lot needing to be done. He worked to tight timescales and we had the place rented quickly. Professional service given.

GoogleWithout doubt one of the best estate agents we have ever worked with. Period. Their staff are top level professionals. Perfect communicators and kept us informed in every matter. With all the talk about estate agents earning their money or not, Phil and Caroline et al put us in the best places, shot the best photography and sold our house on the 4th viewing and then followed up and were there beyond every step imaginable. Even well beyond their calling. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Sincerely.

My husband and I are a professional couple moving back from the UK to France after 10 years away.We are searching for a rental property to begin with whilst we settle back in and then have a budget of £800k to buy a property. We contacted Michael Graham Aylesbury office to make an enquiry about renting as we like the look of some of their properties. On my second conversation with them I flagged a concern with them which was would they need to meet us in person for the right to rent checks. They emailed back to say yes. As we don't live in the country, and as my husband, to complicate matters further, works overseas (not UK or France) this would not be possible for us so I replied and ask if there was a way round this. I never heard from them again! Firstly, this is a concern that other agencies have overcome. Of course there is a work-around, like in anything in life. In any case, to just not respond is rude and also staggeringly short-sighted. I wrote to the Managing Director to hear his views but he didn't bother to reply either. Tellingly, their Facebook page review facility is switched off. We are pleased to have now found a partner agency who have helped us find a rental property and who will in the near future help us buy. This has been a very stressful time for us, relocating back to the UK and having to do it all from a distance. Michael Graham have lost out, but so have we on their properties, and all so unnecessarily.
