We have had a brilliant experience with Michael Graham. After struggling to sell our house with the previous agent, Michael Graham managed to sell it and were honest, professional and kept in regular communication. I highly recommend them. Marni Cosby and Saoirse Dodd both kept us in the loop at all times and got things sorted quickly. We were also really impressed with the house photos and the advert. I highly recommend!

GoogleHighly recommended. We've had to deal with estate agents a lot lately and Michael Graham stand head and shoulders above all of them. They did a great job of finding people who were potentially interested in our unusual house (rather than loads of ill-matched viewers) and then helping us through what turned out to be a complex sale process. Everyone we dealt with was excellent: great communication, really efficient service, calm and friendly and knowledgeable.

This sale would have collapsed if it wasn't for his tireless efforts to coordinate seller, buyer and solicitors on both sides. His experience and steady hand kept everything on track.

We recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Michael Graham, Central Milton Keynes for the purchase of our new property, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. Unlike Chewton Rose, who efficiently handled the sale of our previous home, Michael Graham was disappointingly unprofessional and unresponsive throughout the entire process.From the very beginning, Michael Graham's lack of proactivity was evident. Their communication was poor, and they failed to keep us updated on important developments. On the day of completion, the situation deteriorated further. Both the branch manager and another key team member were unreachable, leaving us in a lurch at a critical moment.After the completion, we were left standing outside our new home with four vans, while Michael Graham was conspicuously absent including the previous owners. To add insult to injury, one of their representatives had the audacity to lecture us on patience instead of taking responsibility for the chaos.Michael Graham's contribution to the process of handing over the keys was non-existent. We had to wait four excruciating days for the previous owners to move their belongings, causing significant inconvenience and stress. Our movers couldn’t put our stuff as per allocated rooms due to ex-owner belonging. Throughout this ordeal, Michael Graham remained offline and uncontactable, from the day before completion to weeks afterwards. Not once did we receive an apology for their abysmal service.In summary, our experience with Michael Graham has been a complete disappointment and a source of immense frustration. Their unprofessionalism and lack of accountability have left us deeply dissatisfied. We would strongly advise against using Michael Graham for buying or selling your property. It is a shame and a disappointment to have encountered such poor service.We will never recommend Michael Graham and would suggest looking elsewhere for reliable and professional estate agents. Do consider Chewton Rose, Central Milton Keynes, found them very professional and proactive.Thank you

We cannot recommend Michael Graham in Princes Risborough highly enough. What a team!!Paul Copping Negotiator and Office Manager set the Sale up in the most professional way. We chose Michael Graham because of him and wanted him and only him to show potential buyers round. That was until we met Tamsin Scott. A lovely genuine person who we put our trust in and who sold our house. We thought they were all we needed but when the sale met some problems Steve Tillyer stepped up and saved the day. Without doubt Michael Graham is simply the best Estate Agent.

GoogleThis isn’t the first time that I’ve employed the power of Michael Graham estate agents, a hope to sell my home. And there’s good reason for that, or maybe a few. I mean, we’ve just exchanged again and they’re cool Like cucumbers. First, and the most important, comes confidence; I can’t help but feel that whatever the market situation, despite current interest rate and house price fluctuations, there is no other team who could possibly work harder or smarter when selling. Headed by Phil this team is efficient, they’re on the ball, each has a gift that they seem to employ just when it’s needed, they’re all creative and good for a laugh. I suppose you’d have to be. Selling a home is tough enough right? Second, and really important, I don’t remember waiting for someone to call me back, or take long when finding information, or to offer alternative solutions to problems that undoubtedly arrive. They seem to be Uber efficient, a they even go out of their way sometimes, and I love that. Third, and final, but certainly not least comes trust; I’ve had my moments, I think we all do when the chips are down. I’ve twice wondered if they’re on the ball, forgetting something that in tern may have caused the current issue, after all, they’re human like me, each time, however, I’ve been proven wrong, and long May that last. Essentially then, I trust them implicitly. That’s it then, we’re off to Cornwall, and to the perfect home, old one sold, this one purchased with perfect timing, and without Micheal Graham, Hitchin we would probably have missed it. GoogleWe found the team at Michael Graham extremely professional and courteous throughout the whole selling process. They quickly responded to any questions and were very good at keeping us up to date with the sale of our property. The team were great showing people around our property and they also have a useful online portal where you can view your sale progress. The marketing was great and they really understood how to reach out to the right potential buyers. No hesitation in highly recommending them and we would use them again.
