Romans estate agents definitely provided amazing customer service, especially Zara Younas who guided me throughout the process of the letting. Being a young individual not knowing much about the process she explained and answered every question i had. She puts the customers 1st. I do recommend her to anyone looking for a house.

Amazing service and highly professional. Zara helped us through the process end-end and made sure everything was perfect. From viewing to keys just took us just over a week and their moving team made everything seamless. If you have just relocated to London, strongly recommend Romans! Thank you Zara & Romans!

Our house hunt has been extremely successful and rewarding, thanks largely to Zara. She was outstanding. She went above and beyond to address all our concerns and questions. Zara Younas was a lovely lady who explained me very patiently about the property i went to view she also booked me the viewing as per my availability as i have a very busy schedule but she managed the viewing she was very soft spoken, kind and helpful. great service indeed!

I was looking for a property to rent in Uxbridge area, so I've booked viewing with Romans Uxbridge. And what plesant surprise! Unlike other agencies that only do a small talk on the phone full of promises and then forget about you, Romans staff responded very quickly and in friendly and positive manner! My viewing was booked and on the day the property was presented to me by Zara Younas - letting agent from Romans. She met me with a smile and made very beautiful presentation of the property in a friendly and professional way. Although I did not rent the property, I was really impressed by the professional and friendly approach of Zara, and the brilliant service Romans provide! In my opinion Romans are the best estate agents in Uxbridge area, and Zara - you are a star!

Roman Estate Agents - Sales and Lettings are absolute charlatans, they will say anything to take your property on. They say a lot of things verbally and will then renege on what they have agreed. You are merely a pound of flesh to them, I would not touch them with a barge pole from personal experience BUT if you have to use them, ensure everything they say is stated in writing. Better option would be to avoid them in all capacities.....
