GoogleWe had fantastic service selling our flat with Saad at Romans Uxbridge. He found a great buyer for us. We had doubts at the time and a competing offer, but he convinced us to go with with his buyer with well reasoned cogent explanation of facts and details, which we are very glad he did! He was also vital later on in the selling process when some delays and communication issues arose between the conveyancing solicitors. He was quick to fully understand the issues and communicated quickly and clearly with the buyer and their solicitor, which was a key factor in getting these issues resolved quickly. The other members of staff involved in our sale at Romans Uxbridge, were also very good, and were all very polite, friendly and professional. Special thanks in particular to Arun who did some of our viewings, and Natalie from the Move Management team.

GoogleI would like to thank very much our property manager Alexander Smith who for one more time provides us an excellent service with a fence issue at our rental property. He was always helpful, update us through out the whole process from day one when we reported the issues until the final short out of if. He always goes an extra mile in order to resolve the issues as fast as he can.

GoogleBy far the best estate agent I dealt with when looking for a place. Zara went above and beyond to help me. Aside from a misunderstanding regarding parking at the property I viewed, I am pleased with the service I got. I would recommend Romans.

Lisa, in particular, really went the extra mile in keeping me informed about the status of my offer, purchase and sale every step of the way, talking to the vendors, solicitors and the other estate agent involved to save me having to worry about anything. GoogleAVOID DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY! This company is prearranging rent to their favourite customers before even arranging viewings and then they just let people do viewings with no outcomes as tenants already selected prior that stage. They have no roles of dealing with customers and fake excuses and lied to me every time I tried to speak to them to understand the situation.

The team, within a short timeframe, managed to secure a number of offers and provided sound advice in plain English when faced with my many questions.
