They might be good if you are a landlord. For a tenant, this is by far the worse agency I have ever dealt with. All reports take months to be settled, some of them did not get fixed after a year. Make sure that you get everything on writing, as phone conversations are worthless with them. Their no deposit option is a joke, you will be paying monthly for years only to have to pay some more at the end of the tenancy because it doesnt cover anything, you might as well throw the money away. If you ask to change from no deposit to deposit option, they will tell you is not avaliable for the property and that you have already agreed to the no deposit option. They will also make you sign for insurance on top of the rent, but if anything gets damaged, it will be on your pocket. If you have any other option at all, skip Romans. It will save you plenty headaches.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Value

Very bad experience. All references were made, deposit paid، and checking in date confirmed. Then received a phone call from a rude man telling me we cannot check you in on that date and I can give you your deposit back. Then after that he reveals that Landlord doesn't want kids and that was their reason to cancel although this information was clear from start. And now more than 2 weeks passed and I have not got my money back and had to renew my current tenancy.

I brought a house via Bennetts earlier this year and was impressed with their service. From speaking to Phil about a possible offer, Jacob with the actual offer and acceptance, through to Lisa the Sale Progressor - they were all helpful. Lisa was fundamental in the process with her weekly updates and her calmness when solicitors and our buyers were being difficult. If I ever did sell again, I would certainly use them.

Romans assisted us in trying to find a tenant and dealt with the problems that arose later in a professional manner. They went above and beyond to resolve any issues that arose during this period. I am quite pleased with the overall service I have received from them. Every phone call or email was responded in timely manner.
