Romans Estate Agents have been excellent in helping me find a property to rent. Specially, Zara (who I would personally recommend), she ensured all the paperwork were completed as soon as possible, but most importantly she was very patient. She made sure that the property was secured for myself when I had difficulties finding a guarantor. Lastly, unlike other estate agents I’ve dealt with in the past, there were no admin fees. Would highly recommend

Recently we sold our property through Romans .. I have to say the service throughout was exceptional. SAAD was dealing with us throughout our sale process and he is an amazing in providing the best customer service. All our issues and queries were resolved. From the first phone call, Jacob put me at ease. I had every faith my property would sell quickly at a good price. From open day to exchange, just over two months. I can totally recommend bennetts residential. Lisa is really lovely, calling weekly with updates, you're never left wondering about anything. The team couldn't have done more.

Very attentive to the needs of our purchase and sale. Llewellen from the Uxbridge branch was at the end of the phone if there were any questions needing to be addressed which was much appreciated in navigating the maze of buying and selling our properties. Would highly recommend to anyone and would definitely use them again in the future if the need arises.

Yeah just don’t do it if you know whats good for you. I definitely will not be renting through these people again. Moving out was like pulling a tooth with no pain medication. Even after move out I’m still being stressed. No no no. I’ll make better choices in future that’s for sure.

Recently purchased my first property through Romans. Jacob and George helped me with everything from my initial viewing, putting forward my offer and contacting me straight away to confirm my offer had been accepted. Lisa, the sales progressor, also guided me through the legal process and was there to answer my numerous queries. Overall couldn't have had a better group of people helping me. Thank you!
