GoogleHonest and hard working estate agents! I have primarily been dealing with both Rico and Callum who have always gone above and beyond. Although we are new to the town they always spent time on viewings to explain in more detail the surrounding area and answer any questions that we had. Both would tell us about new properties that meet our criteria and try to get us viewings at the earliest possible opportunity. Although we have dealt with several other estate agents I must say Coopers have been by far the best!

They had assured me that they had the capability to sell it at my asking price and demonstrated that I can trust them. Terrible service, was shown the property by a girl called Kristal. We filled out their application form and made an offer for the asking price. kristal didn’t even have any manners to thank us for our offer and keep us updated. Don’t make people fill out your lousy application forms when you don’t even respond! She then calls me and tries to push a property that was ‘reduced’ in price because clearly no one wanted it and tried to push us to come see it last minute (the property was as horrible as her customer service). Terrible service. Avoid this estate agent like the plague. I definitely wouldn’t recommend to friends or family.
