I’m honestly heartbroken writing this review. I’ve trusted Coopers to manage my property for over 10 years under a fully managed service, believing they were taking care of my home while I was busy living my life and working hard elsewhere. What I’ve now discovered has left me shocked, upset, and completely let down.

One of the best! We were a bit concerned as a first time buyer, but Coopers had been excellent from the first day of viewing till I got my keys. Callum, Ryan and Rico - all of them were polite, kind and helpful. They communicated clearly and quickly with all the parties involved and made sure we were informed with the right info. Appalling Service

Appalling service l would suggest you avoid. Asked to view a house advertised on their website as ‘To Let’ several times with no response. Eventually l went into the branch to ask why no o e was responding to be assured that someone would. Then l checked out the area and the street the property was situated in and saw it had a For Sale sign outside. Checked Coopers website again and found it was listed as both. Finally the letting guy contacted me to view the property. I asked him if the property was for sale, he said no. Then l asked him why it was listed on their website as such as we are looking for a long term let. He said that the vendor was looking to sell in a year, but that was still looking to let it. Turned up to see it. The current tenant thought the appointment was later that explained that l couldn’t see the bathroom as it was occupied. I filled out the forms and submitted them that same day. These forms contain private and sensitive information. No response or acknowledgment. Later the following week l emailed the lettering guy who had arranged my view to ask for an update. No response or acknowledgment.

A very professional and friendly estate agency company. I had a small property which I wanted to sell and Rico oversaw the whole process from beginning to end. Right From the initial email for a viewing request right up until a successful completion and exchange; Rico has consistently surpassed my expectations. The house I originally wanted to look at was unfortunately under offer - however Rico quickly understood my requirements and suggested a property which was not currently marketed however had been marketed by Coopers previously. Rico facilitated the negotiations succinctly and efficiently. Within a week of reaching out to Coopers , i had an offer accepted on my perfect home which was not even being marketed at that point! The vendors solicitors were a nightmare - consistently delaying the process and not cascading down information. Rico proactively chased the solicitors at every opportunity as to ensure the purchase was as smooth for me as possible. I find it difficult to believe there is a more empathetic, understanding and efficient estate agency in West Drayton.

Rico assured me he would sell the property quickly, he didn't let me down and received acceptable offers on the first open day, he then managed a difficult sale through the pandemic (COVID-19), however managed to exchange and complete the sale at the original sale price.......
