All calls were answered, all questions dealt with accurately and exceptional standard of presentation in selling our home. She quickly got ours listed and sold to the first person to view, enabling us to secure the property we had viewed. The team have been brilliant with no request too much hassle.

GoogleBig thanks to All at the Royal Wootton Bassett office in particular Alex Brown and Ellis (even helped us on moving day when we had a delay with our removals) were very effective in selling our family home, we got £12,000 over our guide price and moved with 6 weeks of putting it on the market. They really understood the value in our home and in turn got the right buyers around. We also purchased through their Wroughton office too! The whole experience although stressful at times was managed very well and we kept informed of the ups and downs of the transaction. we would not hesitate in recommending Richard James to any of our family, friends or indeed anyone looking for the job to be done! Well done and thank you!
