In October 2018 I contacted all agents in Royal Wootton Bassett. Guess who rang me in less than 24 hours? Guess who kept asking me how we were doing with the search every week, although they did not have what we wanted? Guess who kept asking how we are progressing with the purchase, although it was not through them? Yes, lovely Emma from Richard James!! We wanted to buy from this agency so bad that when things turned the other way, we pulled out and went straight to Emma, who had exactly what we needed at that time. Emma was so supportive, as well as Nikki! They both are very professorial, ready to help even when they are out of office. We were amazed, grateful and happy to find Richard James and, of course, our new home! I should tell you about Chelsea, our sales progressor, and she really is :) Chelsea would chase solicitors, sellers, brokers, and so promptly, I did not have to remind her! Chelsea knows her job and does it extremely well! Soon we will be moving to our new home! Big thanks to Richard James, Emma, Nikki and Chelsea! We wish you to succeed on property market and be number 1, as you are to us!!!

We recently sold our house through Richard James RWB having sold our last house with the Old Town branch. Once again the service was excellent. We mostly dealt with Alex, Nikki and Chelsea who were all professional and friendly and were responsive to email and phone calls. Our sale did take a long time due to issues with the chain, but Chelsea and Nikki were proactive with chasing solicitors and keeping us informed of any progress. I would recommend Richard James Estate agents to anyone.
