Good to get your deposit but reluctant to give you it back Had 2 years in property repairs not done and had actually improved and left it in better condition than when tenancy started Main thing they WILL GET YOU ON IS CLEANING and GARDEN MAINTENANCE with was a shared communal area Frankie checked in report every thing great Sue checked out report was a military inspection so be warned she will definitely find a hair on the floor or a cobweb then wam a fight to get your deposit even though you have evidence BE WARNED

Daisy and Alex were proactive and secured me a buyer in no time despite a tough market. Both very helpful and knowledgeable, and nothing is ever too much to ask, went above and beyond for me whilst going through a very stressful move and I will be forever thankful to them for this. I highly recommend Alex Brown, he is definitely the right person to sell your house. He sold my property when other agencies failed. Alex and his team got me an offer within two weeks and continued to work hard until completion. Even though completion took little while longer, I was kept in the loop and updated on a regular basis. Purchased our house through them recently, they were great. Knowledgeable and local agent who showed us round both times. The office staff were great, always quick to respond and super friendly and helpful. Slightly kicking ourselves for not using them to sell our house! Only reason this is a 4* review and not a 5*, is because they moved their sales progressing part in house early on in the move, and we did find them a bit lacking, and we couldn't quite work out what their job was. In the grand scheme of things however, it was a small irritation. Would definitely recommend 👌

Dealings with a sale through their Wootton Bassett office, and purchase through through their Wroughton office.. upmost professional service throughout the whole process. I had issues with my solicitor not keeping me informed, but RJ aftersales team was fantastic they took so much stress out of having to deal with my solicitors on my own.. RJ kept me updated weekly on progression, if it wasn't for them I'd of been tearing my hair out.. The house sold quicker than i ever expected it to, so hats off to sales in Wootton Bassett, knowing the market and getting the potential buyers through the door. 100 % recommended, and if i move again i know who I`d be using.

Richard James have made buying our first home exciting rather than stressful. So many agents assumed we knew all the ins and outs of buying a house, but being “first time buyers”, we knew nothing.
