GooglePreviously sold my flat through Richard James, however through another branch. However this branch was just as good, if not better. My house is in Calne, and they were professional but informative about current market, listened to how we would like it sold. (Having 2 dogs wasn’t easy to keep the place clean every evening for a viewing, so opted for an open day) And they loved the place as much as we did. Images were amazing. Slight issue with floorplan but not their fault but they noticed it and were keen to fix it. Overall, cannot fault Richard James’ amazing staff

GoogleFrom the first telephone enquiry discussion I knew we were in a unique pair of hands with Alex Brown. Unlike other agents, Alex immediately gained our trust with his honest approach, with our first words as we got back into the car after the viewing being “he is the best estate agent we have ever dealt with”. And we were not wrong! Alex guided us through what can only be described as a very challenging house purchase. At every stage of the process we trusted Alex’s judgement, with him going above and beyond to ensure we finally got the keys to the property. Thank you Alex!

GoogleSold our house in 2 days! Changed Estate Agents to Richard James (Royal Wootton Bassett) after 12 weeks with a Swindon based company. Daisy Costin was enthusiastic and proactive with our sale. She had a viewing arranged the day that Richard James became sole agents and an offer the following day over asking price. Completed within 2 months. Could not be happier with them.

I can’t thank him enough for all his help and reliability throughout the purchase of my house. Despite all the problems, my constant phone calls and emails, he always made the time to go above and beyond his call of duty. GoogleWe have been so impressed with the service provided by Richard James from the start of our selling process right up until the point of exchange. All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We love that we can pop into branch for any questions or even just a chat. Emma and Nikki were particularly helpful and supportive, with Emma showing us around the house we then went on to purchase. During our sale and purchase, we were provided with a Sales Progressor. Chelsea was our designated sales progressor and she was efficient, proactive and communicative throughout. We received regular email and telephone updates from Chelsea and she helped to bridge the gap between us and our own, our buyers' and our sellers' solicitors. Chelsea was really professional but also personable, even when there were complications with our sale. We cannot recommend Richard James highly enough. We would recommend them to our family and friends and, if we were ever to go through another house move then we would definitely go straight to Richard James. Thank you to all the staff involved with our sale and purchase.
