Fantastic service from start to finish from all involved - Both Alex's, Nikki and Chelsea along with all the other team members who were always more than happy to answer questions and help keep things moving. Most realistic approach to pricing I came across from any local agent, and were willing to fight for me to find the best viewers/buyers. There are many buyers out there but this team ensure that the buyer is qualified and actualy able to proceed - I hadnt realised people view houses and put in offers without having the actual means to proceed - but with my previous agent this was exactly what was happening. Once we had an offer the sales progession was excellent - this again was anlther area I overlooked, but having people who are driven and hungry to close out your exchange means that you have less to worry about and you can be confident in not being the one to let the chain down! From this experience I have learnt that with Estate Agents you 100% get what you pay for - investing in working with a top tier example like these guys will pay off in the end. Would thoroughly recommend the RJ team and will be using them again for sure!

I can’t thank the staff at Richard James enough for their help in what has at times been a fairly complicated probate house sale. Their support at this very emotional time has been much appreciated.
