I decided to go with the Stow Brothers in Highams Park because Jon seemed more like someone I could relate to & get on with than the other suited, (and some quite pushy), estate agents who had come round. The photos & brochure were both of a very high quality, almost made me want to stay in my house! All team members were friendly, helpful & professional. All went well, no complaints at all.

Excellent service overall. I landed a rental agreement for one of their advertised flats, and service was wonderful throughout every step of the process. Even requested to have a second viewing of the flat, and they were very accommodating. Ryan Goullee was the agent assigned to us, he was super helpful, and responded to queries promptly. Highly recommended.

Had two viewings booked with Jessica (Chingford/Highams Park) area. The estate agent, provided us with excellent experience, she answered all the property specific questions, demonstrating high level of knowledge and information learnt before hand. One of the property was not suitable for our needs, Jessica still was very keen to serve us and suggest other options. Many thanks Jessica.

GoogleWhere do I even start! The Stow Brothers have been absolutely outstanding. My partner and I were first-time buyers, so naturally we didn’t really know where to begin. We had viewed loads of properties, mostly with other agents, until I stumbled across these guys, thankfully! Their communication is truly unmatched: they answer the phone and respond to emails. It might not sound like much, but with other agents, they often wouldn’t even know who you were, would get dates completely wrong, and could end up harassing you with constant messages, so having someone so organised and responsive felt massive. Most importantly, Lewis and Freddy, who helped us view the property we’ve now bought, have been incredible. Lewis, in particular, went above and beyond, his thoughtfulness, care, and clear communication made us both feel completely at ease throughout the process. Even when he went on holiday during exchange and completion, he ensured everything was seamlessly handed over to his colleague Will, who chased the chain above us and helped us cross the final hurdle. I’ve been raving about The Stow Brothers ever since, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. On top of everything, they gifted us a beautiful plant for our move, and when our fridge was being delivered the day we moved in, I was running late, Lewis kindly took time out of his day to drive over, meet the delivery team, and drop off the keys. Unreal service! Thank you so much to all of the team & special thanks to Lewis, Freddy and Will.

In stark contrast to our previous purchase with a different agent, Jon was always available and kept us regularly updated on progress. Every interaction was efficient, friendly and impactful. As exchange got closer, Jon did everything to progress both houses and really sped the process up. Thanks for going above and beyond - we would not hesitate to use Stow Brothers again. In fact we would be mad to consider going anywhere else!

GoogleWe cannot recommend Stow Brothers highly enough. Sales manager Will Turner provided us with excellent advice and an accurate valuation. Communication regarding viewings and feedback was consistently clear and efficient. We were pleased that potential buyers were always serious and not wasting our time. Once a buyer was found, Paul Leonard took over the legal aspects and kept us well informed throughout the process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always available at the end of the phone.

My experience with Stowbrothers started right here on Trustpilot when we were looking for the right agent to sell our flat. Seeing a 4.8-star rating made me a bit skeptical at first, but now I completely understand why they earned it. From initial communications to after-sales care, Stowbrothers are simply excellent. Unlike traditional agents who turn up in fancy suits and overpromise, they bring real confidence and reassurance to the process. I particularly loved their professional yet friendly approach, they truly listened to our concerns, worked around our needs, and gave honest, practical advice on prepping the flat for viewings. Their strategy delivered immediately: they secured 10 viewings in a single weekend shortly after going to market, resulting in two strong offers and allowing us to choose the right buyer for our home. Our sale ended up being a long, challenging six-month process, and Poppy, who managed all the communication between us and the buyer, deserves the biggest shout-out. Without her, I honestly don’t think the sale would have completed. She is empathetic, deeply caring, and truly understands how stressful property sales can be, especially within a chain. She acts as the perfect bridge between buyer and seller, maintaining incredible balance, communicating thoughtfully, and responding swiftly every time. Ellie at Stowe Brothers was thoughtful and proactive, and she always advocated for me, especially when my landlord decided to sell the flat. She communicated quickly, was honest and straightforward about repairs and any issues with the property, and consistently met me with professionalism and kindness. I'd also recommend their sales team. Speaking as a renter rather than the owner, I was impressed by their professionalism across several viewings. They respected my time, privacy and space, were flexible about how I was contacted, negotiated viewing times with me, answered questions promptly, and clearly knew the flat well, having done their research beforehand.

I have used Stow Brothers for a sale and purchase 2 years apart now and both times they have been incredible. I had the wonderful Andrew Le Surf when we purchased the house and I have to say I was a little nervous to have another agent this time around - we were paired with Anita and thankfully she was also excellent - efficient, pleasant to deal with and very responsive. Mega fan of Stow Brothers and would always choose them again in the future. Their charge is marginally more expensive than central who we sold with last time and worlds apart with the experience so if you are on the fence - choose stow.
