We have been incredibly impressed with the dedication and support we received throughout the entire process. We have been blown away by Victoria, our sales advisor, who has been available 24/7 to answer all our questions and help problem solve all the hurdles we faced. Her level of support truly went above and beyond, and we are so grateful for all of her hard work and dedication. She was absolutely incredible. It made such a difference having someone we could call to discuss issues and work through solutions together, rather than feeling like we were dealing with everything alone. As we were in the middle of the chain, communication was vital, and Victoria worked tirelessly to keep information flowing between all parties. She regularly chased solicitors, kept everyone informed, and helped ensure everything stayed on track. It was an absolute pleasure working with her. Another thing we really appreciated was that whenever we called the office, someone always answered the phone. It may sound like a small thing, but during what can often be a stressful process, having immediate support and reassurance was incredibly important. Every time we visited the Stow Brothers office, we were welcomed warmly by the whole team. The atmosphere was always friendly and professional, and everyone made us feel comfortable and valued. She was a terrific support, patient, friendly, professional and maintained a sense of humour throughout. I doubt I'd have completed it correctly without her support. In the second phase, Mia, the Sales Progressor, was an absolute star, she supported us immensely. Selling and buying a home can be extremely stressful, but she was consistently on top of everything. I’m waiting for this nightmare with Stowbrothers to end… it’s been 3 months post sale the house of our house, we have no chain, and with still have no update. The sales progress team is unresponsive, have zero urgency, telling me the delay is from my buyers solicitors searching the wrong address on one of their searches…this has been the response for the last month (when they reply) costing me £2.5k every month with the house untenanted. Pick up your game, give me a proper update and actually chase this settlement along.

Disappointed with customer service as a buyer. Arranged with SB in advance to view a property. Traveled a long way to the property and upon arrival was told by owner that they were not aware of a viewing and that they had already accepted an offer. No word from SB that an offer was made or that the viewing had been canceled.

As a first-time buyer, I was fully expecting the process of buying my (dream) flat to be incredibly stressful...how wrong I was! All thanks to The Stow Brothers, and especially my agent Eva Bouzaki, who proved me wrong. I can’t recommend her enough. There’s a real art to breaking down a complex process in a way that makes sense when you’re doing it for the first time, and Eva does that effortlessly. She's always one step ahead, never letting anything drift, like a superhuman. Almost like having a good friend by your side who has your best interests in mind. Also, being an all-round fantastic (and hilarious) person makes more of a difference than you’d think in this daunting process, trust me. She clearly jobs her love, people!
