TrustpilotAnita Datta was our property manager…
Anita Datta was our property manager and always made sure to regularly check in with us. She was also prompt to reply to my emails and helped me to navigate making a request to keep a dog at the property. She was great.

TrustpilotVery positive experience.
Very pleased to have used The Stow Brothers, Freddie was very proactive in chasing up various parties and always quickly responded to me when I had questions. They also had an actual marketing strategy to market my flat and very quickly got a buyer. Would definitely use Stow again in the future.

TrustpilotGreat team
Even though my flat sale was a nightmare 7.5 month ordeal, the folks at Stow Bros Hackney were excellent throughout. They consistently kept me in the loop, were responsive and fought my corner. Shoutout to Lachlan and Claudia for finally getting it over the line!

TrustpilotExcellent customer service
The entire team were really helpful, supportive and responsive during the sale of the property. Mia (Highams Park) Sales Progressor was excellent. She kept me up to date, followed up with solicitors and other agents and took all the stress out of the entire process. Great service and would definitely recommend to others wishing to sell their home.

GoogleI would like to express my appreciation for The Stow Brothers state agents, specially to Jess and Jon. They are truly excellent professionals who clearly know what they are doing. Unlike the typical state agents, they are never pushy; instead, they are genuinely kind, respectful, and easy to approach. Their communication is outstanding, they stay in touch throughout the entire process and make sure everything is clear and well coordinated. I'm very pleased with their service and highly recommend them.
Hi Antonio, Thanks so much for your review, it really means a lot. We are here to help if you ever need us. Cheers The Stow Brothers

Trustpilot5 Stars for Catarina Pita - property management.
I have rented my property out in Walthamstow through Stow Brothers for over ten years, and their service has always been outstanding. Recently Catarina Pita - in the property management department - has far exceeded my expectations. Professional, warm and informative she has kept me up to date on some recent renovations and I can't rate her highly enough. Her communications between the trades people, the tenant and myself has been prompt and she also brought in the project under budget and much quicker than expected. Highly recommended!

TrustpilotE17 Stow Brothers
I have dealt with the Walthamstow agency of Stow Brothers for seven years now - as a landlord they have obtained tenants for me. I have always found them thoroughly professional and efficient with friendly staff willing to go the extra mile to help. Yesterday my flat had a roof leak and their roofer attended and fixed the problem the same afternoon. I would strongly recommend them as the best estate agent in E17. Paul

TrustpilotWe have not moved house for 26 years so…
We have not moved house for 26 years so a lot has changed. From our initial visit from Tony , manager at South Woodford, Max who organised the viewings and Amy who saw us through to completion, the entire process was painless. Each person that we dealt with approached each area I a professional manner and clearly explained every detail to us. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Thank you for everything.

TrustpilotWe had a great experience with Stow Brothers
We had a great experience with Stow Brothers from start to finish. They took a sensible and realistic approach to marketing the property, which helped us secure a quick sale. Throughout the entire process, the team was always available, responsive, and happy to answer any questions. Although the sale took longer than expected, this was due to delays caused by an unresponsive landlord and was in no way the fault of Stow Brothers. They remained professional and supportive throughout, keeping us informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend Stow Brothers to anyone looking to buy or sell in the areas they cover.

GoogleThe Stow Brothers acted as the agents in the sale of our property, we were very impressed with the service and communication throughout from the whole team, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Having not sold before I didn’t realise how critical the role of agents in the full process is - bringing together and chasing all parties to try and ensure everything goes through, and I would like to give Mia particular thanks for this. We also really appreciated the advice Jon, the branch manager, was happy to give on our onward purchase, despite it not being through Stow. Thanks again to all the team.
Hi Hannah, Thanks for your review, we really appreciate it. If we can be of any future assistance please get in touch. Cheers The Stow Brothers

TrustpilotFlawless property management for an overseas landlord
I cannot recommend Stow Brothers highly enough. As a landlord who recently relocated abroad, having a reliable team on the ground in London is critical, and the Walthamstow branch delivered on every front.

TrustpilotHolly was amazing!
Holly was amazing throughout the whole period. Start to finish, the process took a week, with the hold ups coming from our end. Couldn’t be more impressed with the service.

TrustpilotWould recommend
I do not have any complaints about my experience with The Stow Brothers. They were always easy to approach and assist with any queries and every step of the way I felt informed and able to have a decent idea of what was going on. I’m a little biased but the place I bought was lovely and it seems to be the case for all the places that they market too, would highly recommend.
