We're big fans of the Stow Brothers. They have guided us through our first property purchase and we couldn't have wished for a better team to do so. Ellie at stow brothers is absolutely lovely. Any questions or general tenant things that we have had she has dealt with smoothly and effectively. Always checks in and makes sure that we are happy. Stow brothers is by far the best agency we have dealt with. We faced many agency’s before finding these guys, who let’s just say could learn a thing or two from stow brothers . Ellie made every step of the process easy and really look after their tenants. Haven’t once made us feel like an inconvenience. They clearly vet their landlords well too. Our experience with Stow Brothers started just under a year ago when we started to look for a new home. We always appreciated the quality of properties available & responsive to both initial enquiries & subsequent communication about offers. We were lucky to be successful in one of our applications & even luckier to have Silvio guide us through it, making extra time for second viewings, & keeping us updated on the progress of the move in. He is so friendly & personable, it was a pleasure to work with him. The property we rent is also managed by Stow Brothers & the service this side is also exceptional. Ashleigh has been our property manager & has gone out of her way when we experienced complications to understand the context & get it resolved. Her warmth & openness has meant getting us settled in so much easier.

I decided to use Stow Brothers to sell my property on a personal recommendation, and it was absolutely the right choice the whole way through the process.

As a team they thoroughly understand that they are dealing with peoples homes and the memories within. I felt very supported and valued. It never felt like a business transaction. From the very beginning when I visited the Hackney office it was a wonderful experience:- Eva was welcoming and friendly and without any pressure for me to use Stow Brothers. When she came to see my property for a market appraisal she took time to understand me as a person and what my home meant to me and the reason for selling. Dani came to photograph the property and was friendly, respectful and creative. We had fun arranging the space. Vicki who showed the property was warm, confident and reassuring. Patrick has looked after the after sales, he has been consistently attentive, and very easy to communicate with. The whole team are glorious! They just get it. Lauren Wild genuinely saved me

She secured me a beautiful river side, first time let in Fish Island at lightning speed. Viewed on Tuesday, agreed and sorted by Friday. My circumstances weren’t straightforward, but Lauren went out of her way to make it work. She handled negotiations with the landlord brilliantly and helped structure an arrangement so the tenancy could proceed. I genuinely don’t think this would have happened without her persistence and care. She was calm, responsive, human, and relentlessly helpful throughout. What could have been an incredibly stressful situation was handled with total professionalism and empathy. If Lauren hadn’t stepped in, I honestly don’t know where I’d be. Absolute credit to Stow Brothers Hackney. Couldn’t recommend her more highly.
