We are a first time buyer and we are so grateful that We came across Steve from wye as he had worked with us to achieve what we was looking for. we’re incredibly impressed by the friendly, diligent and fantastic service we received from Steve and all the team. They kept us informed of each step along the way and offered help and guidance throughout (especially handy when you’ve first Time Buyer !) Steve was incredibly proactive and kept checking in to give updates but also making sure we knew where everybody was in the chain which was really helpful to give a rough timeline to complete. Wye have all the knowledge and expertise of the big, national estate agents, but they offer a very local, friendly approach and you don’t feel pressured or just another customer number in their database! There was always someone to take my call and when they say they’d call you back, they did! When we approached several agents in High Wycombe to sell our flat Rob stood out as being very passionate about his work and demonstrated significant local knowledge whilst a couple of the bigger chains barely seemed interested. What should have been a straight forward sale turned into a 10 month nightmare created and compounded by two sets of totally useless solicitors. During all that time Rob was extremely helpful and supportive, always being there when called upon to help and diplomatically expediting various parties when they were failing to perform. He went above and beyond and was worth every single penny of his commission. We've already appointed Wye for our next sale.

I can’t recommend Rob and his team strongly enough. Rob handled my sale with expertise, candour and sensitivity. His advice and strategy was invaluable throughout and he offered valuable perspective. Communication from him and his team was excellent. Rob valued the property realistically and when the original purchaser had to withdraw, Rob offered a plan quickly and found another buyer in a week. The office staff were courteous and efficient and their colleagues undertaking the viewings offered excellent communication, kept to timings effectively and always left the property as they found it. During a very uncertain time in the recent lockdown Darrell and his team have been 100% on top of the process from start to finish. Other agents would have waited for me to chase them but their team always put us, the customer first, and they have literally got this across the line today. We had the first buyer pull out very late in the game but the turn-around to get the property back on the market was extremely swift and within a week it was snapped up. I have just sold my flat through Wye. I chose them as when I first met Ian, he was honest and wasn't pushy when it came to putting it on the market. They used there expertise to recommend and steer you in the right direction when it comes to asking price. When dealing with a very challenging market, they kept a steady stream of interested viewers coming through the door until we eventually got the right match. The whole team is wonderful, with a dedicated shout out to Ian, Victoria and of course Steve. These guys are the best in wycombe for a reason. Not only did they get me the offer, they really helped throughout the post offer process. My buyer made the mistake of using the worst solicitors in the world. If it wasn't for Steve and the team, the sale probably would have fallen through.
