I have just sold my flat through Wye. I chose them as when I first met Ian, he was honest and wasn't pushy when it came to putting it on the market. They used there expertise to recommend and steer you in the right direction when it comes to asking price. When dealing with a very challenging market, they kept a steady stream of interested viewers coming through the door until we eventually got the right match. The whole team is wonderful, with a dedicated shout out to Ian, Victoria and of course Steve. These guys are the best in wycombe for a reason. Not only did they get me the offer, they really helped throughout the post offer process. My buyer made the mistake of using the worst solicitors in the world. If it wasn't for Steve and the team, the sale probably would have fallen through. They kept a constant clear and transparent communication between myself and the buyer, which allowed us to keep on top of the dodgy solicitors. When we approached several agents in High Wycombe to sell our flat Rob stood out as being very passionate about his work and demonstrated significant local knowledge whilst a couple of the bigger chains barely seemed interested. What should have been a straight forward sale turned into a 10 month nightmare created and compounded by two sets of totally useless solicitors. During all that time Rob was extremely helpful and supportive, always being there when called upon to help and diplomatically expediting various parties when they were failing to perform. My experience in using WYE was fantastic and I’m so grateful for Darrell, Tracey and the team! I had spoken to several different estate agents to enquire regarding the sale of my property. I had been recommended to get in contact with Darrell and I’m so glad I did. On Darrell’s first visit to my property, he instantly put my mind at ease with his ability and knowledge to sell the property. He was realistic, genuine and had great knowledge of the surrounding areas and managed my expectations well. Regardless that Brexit had hit and had made a huge impact on the market, I had no doubts that Darrell and the team where doing their upmost to secure viewings. The communication throughout was impeccable, Darrell would send weekly updates from the right move site and provide feedback and I was always able to contact Darrell and receive a quick response. Victoria was great also, Victoria quickly secured and followed up with an email confirmation with all viewings that took place. Along with providing feedback after the viewings. Once we had a buyer confirmed, Tracey and Darrell where very hands on and helped resolve any issues quickly. Unfortunately, we didn’t have much luck, after Brexit finally settled we then had COVID19. As you can imagine, moving is already stressful enough, without the stress of these unfortunate times. However regardless of the situation we were in, Tracey and Darrell still made it possible and the property completed. I can’t thank you all enough so much for all your patience, time and hard work, as it definitely was a rollercoaster. Fabulous, professional, friendly service. Within 48 hours of our meeting, our house was on the market and sold within 3 weeks. We couldn’t ask for more effort to have been put in organising viewings and always amazing communication. As a landlord, I've been really impressed by Wye Residential. It took 3 weeks from the house going to the rental market to having tenants moved into the property. This included them organising contractors to come in and perform the necessary gas & electrical safety checks & installation of smoke alarms/heat detectors. Lisa K. was great to deal with.
