I'm so happy to recommend Wye Residential as we sit here toasting the future on the second night in what we hope is our forever family home. It helps that they had the listing for the house we loved, but their service has been outstanding throughout and they've been a pleasure to deal with. Although this review is somewhat late I had an amazing experience with Wye. Rob was very on the ball with dealing with the sale, very good at communicating with me and put in a lot of effort with both the buyer and their solicitor. I would hugely recommend Wye. Interestingly enough other estate agents had tried to woo me with a higher sale value but after being on the market for 5 months it went for exactly what Wye estimated. Thank you Rob!

I would highly recommend Wye to buyers and sellers alike, extremely efficient, professional and diligent team.  As a first time buyer I was very grateful to the Office Manager, she would update me regularly and explain each stage of the purchasing process. At times, unnecessary delays did cause frustration but the team at High Wycombe were ready to assist. They have an excellent relationship with the local conveyancing teams and are able to push things along on your behalf. A very big thank you to the team, I will definitely be using them in the future when we decide to move property.

I am so very happy my husband and I walked into Wye in July this year. Updates on properties have been very forth coming. Especially when we actually found the house we were looking for. From the outset I felt I was given realistic expectations. Through the viewing process it was nice to receive feedback about what viewers liked and didn’t like so much about my property. We bought a flat through Wye Residential and the team were superb from start to finish. They went above and beyond their role to see if they could help when we encountered stumbling blocks in the process and I couldnt recommend them more. We were weary from flat searching with a different estate agent as nothing seemed to fit the bill and 5 minutes before closing time approached Rob at Wye Residential. He didn't tell us to come back another time, but systematically went through what we would prioritise in a place and what we would compromise on. He then took us to see the perfect flat that very evening. He clearly knew what he was doing in the questions he was asking and helping us balance requirements. The team at Wye have handled the sale of my property like total professionals. Out the big estate agents in High Wycombe they take genuine care and attention over their clients. You are not a number at Wye, you are a person that is valued and communicated with. During the time my property was on the market all viewings where organised ahead of time and with minimal fuss. Once offers had been accepted and the solicitors got to work regular updates from all sides meant that everyone knew what was going on and any issues could be solved before they grew out of hand. Wye did a brilliant job selling my 1 bed flat, from start to finish Rob was there to help me, it’s a really personal service. Rob was very supportive when I was worrying about things at various stages and helped move things along. We were first time buyers, moving to the ‘suburbs’ from Central London, so buying was a bit of a stressful and daunting experience for us. But Wye Residential had the most amount of properties on their books and when we went into their office, everyone was incredibly friendly; suggesting other perfect properties for us to look at and made it such a wonderful experience. We found our new home on the first viewing and made an offer, which was quickly dealt with and agreed. Our chain was a little bit difficult and we were calling Wye Residential non-stop out of worry, but Tracy went out of her way to get information for us and update us constantly. I bought my property through Wye a couple of years ago and had a positive experience as a buyer, I wasn't pushed and was able to view the property numerous times over the buying process. Therefore I chose to sell my property through Wye recently, as I wanted my buyer to have the same experience. I have experienced so many pushy agents that really put you off even viewing properties, but Rob and the team are really personable and actually care about getting a buyer and the right one for you.
