Excellent service provided in helping us sell our house despite us losing our first buyer - who decided to pull out at the eleventh hour! Rob and the team were there to help us when we needed. My partner previously purchased the house with Wye and we've nothing but praise for the company. I would highly recommend Wye and feel it better to have a local, knowledgeable team working for us than the larger corporates who are probably more focused on meeting targets than providing a personal touch, in my opinion.

Wye residential were excellent. Rob was so kind and helpful and made everything run smoothly. He was always at the end of the phone if you had any questions. I was with another estate agent before and I regret not going to Wye first. I had my lovely house on the market for 8 weeks with the previous agent and once I moved to Wye we had sold our house within 5 days of it being on the market! Incredible. Thank you so much.

You provided a great service when I bought the house through you a few years ago and I have already made several recommendations over the last few years because of this. We’ve previously used Wye on our last move so we knew that we would be happy to use them again and we were right. Professional, efficient and friendly. Wye Residential offered a very competitive rate and were the most impressive of the three agents who visited - open, honest, approachable. The speed of setting up our sale was impressive and the advice on how to market was sound. When we had found a buyer the comms didn't dry up like it can with other agents (we saw this first hand when our buyers struggled to keep their agent interested once s sale was agreed) - in fact, replies to emails (from partner Rob Mackay) were nearly instant and he was available at the end of the phone throughout too. There was a small snag with some outstanding conveyancing which cropped up and Rob was very proactive in resolving this - this is important when issues crop up! Highly recommend this agent.

I couldn't recommend Wye Residential highly enough, since the initial phone call they have been so professional, but also extremely personable and easy to deal with throughout the whole process. I had viewings immediately and they opted to run an open day for the property with two strong offers within two days! Their negotiation skills and honest approach is very refreshing. We had a quick and easy sale which was exactly what we wanted from the beginning and they certainly kept to their promise of this. They dealt with the solicitors and made sure it was as fast as a house sale could ever be! They know the market extremely well and customer service is clearly a very important part of their business which is why we wouldn't hesitate to make their our number one port of call in the future. When the photos of our house went up quickly and we were under offer within two days, we both wondered whether we should have just listed the house ourselves and cut out the middle man - clearly this house selling business isn't so hard. How incredibly wrong were we! Rob and the team at Wye Residential were incredible from start to finish. They helped us with strategies for offering on a particular property and talked us through our options which enabled us to bag our dream home as well as give advice throughout the process. Rob was incredible at keeping the chain alive when there were a couple of very difficult issues that looked as though the whole thing would collapse and made sure that everybody in our chain of 5 was communicating. I genuinely think that if it wasn't for Rob then we wouldn't have just exchanged! He was always on the end of the phone to calm my nerves and keep us both updated. He even missed his son's football match to work through the problems in our sale. The whole team are incredibly friendly and despite the fact they knew me by name, I never felt as if I was a nuisance! I would wholeheartedly recommend Wye Residential - in fact I already have, to my neighbour!
